    Randys ********* in *********, ** was supposed to fix the thermostat in my car. Background: Because the thermostat was broken, it broke a piece of the reservoir, therefore the coolant was emptying out of the hole. When they estimated the thermostat, which they were told the reservoir was broken, they didnt include the reservoir in the original $611 estimate, which they later increased to $745 for diagnostics. Why on earth would I want you to fix the thermostat and not the reservoir? Im not a mechanic and I know better than that, however the estimate wasnt explained that the reservoir wasnt included, and I dont read mechanic. They were told to move forward with the estimate of $745. They had my car for three days, including diagnostics. When I picked up my car on 8/31/2023, they said it was fixed with additional recommendations. I drove less than 10 miles and the car again overheated. When I opened the hood, I noticed that they taped the reservoir part that was broken, the tape came off and the coolant (that cost $116) was all over my engine. Even if I didnt understand the estimate, the conversation should have been had when I picked up the car that I wouldnt make it down the road when the tape soaked with coolant released. These are bad business practices. The only warning I received was good luck out there in that heat. Not that the car isnt going to be functional with the tape they used to fix the reservoir. I then wrote a review on their social media page, in which they blocked me so that the review wouldnt be visible to potential victims of their negative business practices. They should at least provide a partial refund for the coolant, coolant system flush, antifreeze, and some or all of the labor, as putting tape on a part doesnt cost $492.82.

    The work was done on November 20th 2022 in the amount of $3844.98 Some of the work was not done right I have to add it come back in 2 weeks after the work was done and started making the same noises as before I have been getting the run around Since about the 1st of December the work really only lasted a couple weeks and then the same noises we're back I brought about frequently but apparently they can never hear it and when they did hear it I had it in there took a whole day off from work and they couldn't fix it they still think it's something else but the problem was still there I have to take it somewhere else now And I have warranties on all the stuff that I just had done with them but I don't even know if I can use those warranties now because there's no way in h*** that these people are gonna touch my car again they can't even do an oil change right didn't do any of my other fluids they couldn't even change the dial on my dashboard to read A 100% every time I'm in there they forget about it every time that's like leaving the vanilla out of a cake Could you remember to put my snow tire back in my car Plus I had wheel bearing done do you think they could put on their website it was right or left so they didn't and that same problem is what's coming up on my car again I just paid thousands of dollars for that wheel bearing and now they want me to pay it again because they did not put ******* left on there They don't even know how to do their paperwork right also the owner's son hung up on me after I was complaining about my car I don't feel it safe but he keeps telling me it's safe I don't feel like it's safe every time I hit the brakes you can hear this water noise and they keep checking my brakes it's not the brakes it's the axle or the wheelbarrow whatever I had fixed I had a control arm put on there I hadd wheel beaxel shapped assembly they also did my C V Axel and did not bother to put any seals in there so now I have to have seals put in there

    My truck was running fine. I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed a bunch of work done. I trusted and paid them $3500. When I took my truck home it made a bunch of grinding noise and parts started falling out. I towed it back and they offer to fix it for $1k. I asked them to send me an email with the work that was needed and they said theyd fix it for free. When I came back the truck still made horrible noise and now the brake light is on. I came in with a working truck and left with a ************ and Im $3500 poorer.

    *** DID COME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THOUGH THE INSPECTION THE ***** HAD SOME LARGE SAFTY ISSUES THAT WE SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT AFTER TALKING ABOUT THE MATTER AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE I STRESSED TO HIM THE REPAIR COULD TAKE SOME TIME DUE TO THE AMMOUNT OF RUST ON THE ***** HE SAID ALL WAS WELL TO TAKE OUR TIMES ONCE REPAIRS WERE DONE ***** DID COME BACK FOR AN ISSUE AFTER REPLACING THE ***** BEARING ON THE ***** RIGHT THERE WAS A DEFECTIVE ***** BEARING THAT DID DAMAGE HIS CV AXLE RANDYS AUTO CARE DID WARRENTY OUT THE ***** BEARING ON THE ***** RIGHT AND ALSO REPLACE THE DAMAGED CV AXLE AS WELL AT ZERO COST TO *********************** WE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS ISSUE WITH ***** BEARING ON THE ***** LEFT TIRE AS WELL WE HAD NO REPAIRS ON THE ***** LEFT THAT HAD INVOLVED THE ***** BEARIN GOR CV AXLE ON THAT SIDE WE TALKED ABOUT THE MATTER 3 DIFFRENT TIMES IN THE END CUSTOMER IS NOT UNDERSTANDING HIS ***** HAS HEAVY RUST UNDER THE ***** I WOULD REQUEST THE CUSTOMER FIND ANY SHOP TO GET INSPECTION OF ***** BEARING AND HOW ***** THE ***** IS AND SUBMIT IT THOUGH THE BBB RANDYS AUTO CARE HAS STOOD BEHIND THE WORK AND REPAIRS THAT WERE PREFORMED ON THE ***** AT THIS TIME
