      I received two $25 gift certificates for Boston Market from my Grandchildren for my birthday in *************. I attempted to use at several locations but was advised by the staffs that they no longer accept them because they couldnt get their money from the issuers ? I thought they were the issuer. I called the companys 800 # and was told that they were working on rectifying the problem and had no idea when it would be resolved. At this point I am stumped & have no idea what to do so I am writing to request your assistance.

      Good Morning on Jan 23, 2025 an ordered by **** Eats at 8:22:23 pm was placed for my husband and my son, however this order was not fulfilled as requested as well as it was received was very old. I would also like to mention your website states you close at 10pm, this night I called once my husband opened the order and seen it was wrong but unfortunately it seem as if the restaurant was closed. I feel this order wasnt made with care being that it was close to closing and thats very frustrating to experience especially when using a delivery app. This was my sons birthday and your restaurant is his favorite but I had to not allow him to eat these items because of them appearing to be old. If you would like to know why would I now file a complaint please understand this location was not populating and I wasnt aware of manually adding a company to site.

      I have a number of Boston Market gift cards that can no longer be used in store or online. There was no "announcement" that gift cards are no longer accepted as payment. I found out the hard way after ordering a family meal at a local restaurant and ended up canceling the transaction as I intended to pay for the purchase in full with gift cards. What am I supposed to do with all of the gift cards that I have left in my possession? Both in-store and online orders can be placed, although there are not as many locations, so I don't understand why gift cards cannot be used as a form of payment.

      I ordered a Thanksgiving dinner meal from Boston Market for 5pm delivery on Thanksgiving Day. When I called them around 4:30pm, it was busy tone. I was unable to reach anyone. Then around 5pm, it was delivered to me. I was shocked to find they didnt give me what I ordered! Below was missing:1. Chicken Gravy 2. Stuffing 3. New Potatoes 4. Chicken Noodle Soups I ordered the meal for 6 people and what came was portions that look like for 2 people! Its a scam. Or they must have given me someone elses order!!! I was so upset but there was nowhere and no one I could call about the error! My Thanksgiving was ruined because of this. Im seeking compensation or refund for this messed up that happened on one of the most important holidays of the year. Worst deal ever. There was no customer service line or support line or email to contact anyone. This is unacceptable business practice.

      Went to last Boston Market open (************************** Shaker Hts) and they won't accept the gift cards because they're under new management. Although the original sign is displayed and they're listed on line as BostonMarket. What can be done?

      I have a gift card for $10. This card does NOT expire but the company went out of business. The card should have remained with full amount until used. Boston didn't uphold their commitment of issuing a card that kept its value. I am requesting a refund. Thank you, ****

      Order #********* I have made this order online and recieved someone else order I believe because i didn't get majority of the things I ordered I only recieved 2 rotisserie chicken meal which I ordered 1 of and thats all, the drinks, desserts, and other 3 meals wasn't here, there was no receipt what so ever or name on the order. I would like a full refund back for this Boston Market - *************************************** Ive been calling them daily and they aren't picking up my calls

      I tried using my Boston Market gift card at their store and was told they are not honoring them anymore.
