If I could rate a 0 I would. I placed 2 orders from Boston Market *******************. They substituted 2 different orders, which I did not discover until I got home. I called the manager who said. "You should have seen the mistake when you picked up the order." By the way, it wasn't a mistake. He said the substitution was all they had. He charged me for the higher priced items with no remorse. Bounced over $700 worth of checks in my account. My 15 year old daughter was an an employee there. Checks bounced for insufficient funds and NOBODY EVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Corporate office never returned my emails. You couldnt get anyone on the phone, every extension sent you to a voicemail. I basically ended up paying my daughter to work for Boston market. Lets mention also how they hired a ********* manager who sexually harassed all the underaged females that worked there and when my daughter went off on him, he had the nerve to call the police. Store Manager promised me she wouldnt put him on any more shifts, prior to this incident, with my daughter and well that didnt happen and my daughter never returned. Police did nothing because their cameras magically no longer worked. The store Manager also promised to have my money back. Nothing. Now I ride buy and they closed the whole place down. Im a single parent of 4 kids, 2 of which have a deceased dad. I NEEDED those $700. You really screwed the ver my household!! Thank you for that!!!Review from Tim C

I placed an online order on 8/18/23 on the Boston Market app. The order was placed at store #*** in ***** *****. My online order was confirmed and my **** was charged $58.11 with an estimated delivery time that evening. Later I received an email update stating that my order was cancelled and to contact the store directly. I tried calling the store listed on the order confirmation and only got a busy signal. When I went by the store today, it was basically closed with no one in the store. I have not been refunded and now have no way to contact Boston Market. If this store was closed, why was it still listed as "active" on their app? I feel that this was a very misleading tactic and one that will cost me valuable time and resources to get my $58.11 back.Review from Brittany D

No stars at all. I placed an order and when i picked it up the whole order was wrong. They didn't bother to call and tell me some items were not available they put whatever they wanted to on the plate and sent it out. I contacted the store spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager named ******* who stated he was going to do a refund for me. After a week and not refund or contact i called again to be told there's no manager there and they cannot do a refund contact customer service. I've called the customer service line 100+ times and wrote 20+ emails and no response. I would like my refund for .y horrible food and serviceReview from christopher E

They took away every customers accumulated reward points. My son had close to **** points which would be a 12 person buffet meal and I was approaching 500 points which would have a value of at least *****. I want to be compensation for these accumulated points.Review from Susan

Negative Zero stars... How is Boston Market still in business? Ordered catering for 12/9/22, it never showed up, no one ever even bothered to say sorry or show any care or concern. I have called to get my money back over 20 times with NO luck. And, can you believe each time I call they tell me the same thing - "you can't speak to a manager because we don't have managers, you can't see the status of your complaint because we don't have access to that ****** we don't have a status, all you can do is file another complaint if you have any questions, that is what I was told every single time I called, so after countless attempts to get my money back I just called my credit card company to have them reverse the charge. Even when I tried calling their headquarters, no one answers or returns your calls. Never been treated SO poorly by a corporate company in my entire life. I will NEVER do business with them again and I'm telling EVERYONE I know to never do business with them.Review from Amanda D

Hello!Regarding Store: #*** ******************************************************************** I rarely complain. And even less so since 2020.But my experience the other night was beyond terrible. What I ordered vs what I got....Nashville Chicken Sandwich- got it, but it was cold cold. Like the chicken was cold in the middle. Dryyyy bun. Side of **********subbed with mashed potatoes(approved)Bottle of Coke-nothing Chicken nuggets-received but got spicy instead of regular (for a kid)**********(approved mashed potato substitute)Bottle of Lemonade-nothing Chicken cordon blue- got a piece of rotisserie chicken Broccoli- approved sub corn Mashed potatoes-received Corn Bread-none Crispy country chicken with white gravy - piece of rotisserie chicken Broccoli- approved sub corn Mashed potatoes-received Corn Bread-none Crispy country chicken with white gravy - piece of rotisserie chicken Corn-got it ********** approved mashed potato sub Corn Bread-none 7 items received correctly out of 18?Or 4 of the 18 items I originally ordered if you don't count the side substitutions I approved...?My family was working hard to clean and repair my grandmother's house for sale. We ordered through GrubHub. The GrubHub driver was the one to call me regarding substituting the broc for corn and the Mac and cheese for mashed potatoes. Nothing else was mentioned and I feel this was Boston Market's responsibility before he even arrived. I ordered at 542pm. ******* called me at 607pm for subs and 632p that he was leaving Boston Market. There was 25 minutes between ******* walking in to get my order and leaving with it?! Mass substitutions were taking place during that time.Communication problem between GrubHub and Boston Market on what is available? Then take the restaurant off GrubHub.Shortstaffed?! -turn off online orders Out of fresh food? The local store cancels delivery orders and the company still charges your credit card through their app. Then you have to contact their customer service and wait to get your money back. It has happened to me 3 times now. Once it took me 6 weeks to resolve it.Review from Aiida B

Today at the Boston Market on ************************* ******* **. The server an African ******** lady was pushy and very rude. I asked for 1/2 a chicken and she was going to give me a burnt chicken that looked like it was sitting there all day. She repeated to the man that was cutting the chicken 3 times that Id did not want a burnt chicken in a rude way. He gave me 3 small pieces of chicken that did not look cooked all the way but I did not want the rude server to have a more attitude with me. When I got home 10 minutes away the food was cold not hot and the chicken was all ****** inside I threw the entire order in the trash. I have been going to Boston Market for more than ********************************************* customer service and food! I never got the 1/2 chicken that I ordered either and for sure there was no chicken breast in my order as I requested by ordering a 1/2 chicken. If Boston Market is going to charge people more for the food then let it be the same portions without cheating customers by giving them much smaller portions and not what they initially ordered! The server was also chewing gum while serving which I thought was very rude! I will never go to a Boston Market again!
