    2 nice young men from Emergency Cleaning spent several hours doing a deep clean and decluttering my family home. This was in part to make it easier for me to get around in my wheel chair (I'm an amputee, missing rt leg below the knee) and remove tripping hazards-- they were polite, courteous, and worked with me and my family to make my house and our bedrooms more livable. I thought they did a great job!!

    Arizona The quality of work and the amount charged$7,000are both deeply ************** Estimate (based on observation, generously hours worked were less):3 Days hours worked Total (including pick up not dumping): ~43 hrs max Even using a high rate of $80/hr is outrageous.The total would be about $3440.Her estimate & billing (including hazard deep cleaning NOT PERFORMED).was way out of line. Total estimate was $7,000well beyond reasonable for result of this project.Key Concerns:The home remains disorganized; in no sense of order, unrelated items were mixed together (dirty dishes with art supplies, soda with cleaning supplies, etc.).Kitchen counters full. Cupboards were filled with random items, and tubs were overstuffed and unmanageable...... now faces at least a week of additional packing to correct the disorganization. This is not about the volume of items but the way they were stuffed and dropped. No consideration of sense of order (as your testimonials express).There was no biohazard, and biohazard companies charge less.Workers on site had limited English proficiency, and one day only a single worker was sentunacceptable for this type of cleanup... is in a vulnerable position and trusted your company for help. Instead, she appears to have been overcharged and left in this situation. The initial assessor told her this was a good price, She has nothing against the folks that worked, but the ********************* is way out of line.State of the art equipment : An old broom, dustpan & a string mop no vacuum or floor cleaner.I am requesting a written response within seven (7) business days that includes:A detailed breakdown of labor hours, hourly rates, and all charges, and A review and adjustment of this invoice to reflect a fair and accurate cost.Estimate was 6500 they added 500 now saying an additional 500.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this review regarding the project completed at **************** residence in *********, *******. At Emergency Cleanings, we take all feedback seriously and always strive to provide clarity and fairness in every service rendered.
    This particular project was an emergency hoarding and hazardous cleaning job, initiated under urgent circumstances. At the clients request, our crew responded the same day to begin work. Despite logistical obstaclessuch as dumpster delivery delays due to permitting and availabilitywe proceeded with the service as promised to accommodate the situation.


    The total cost of $7,000 was presented and accepted before work began, following a walkthrough and scope discussion. Ms. **** paid a deposit and allowed our team to proceed without objection or complaint about pricing or quality throughout the job. While we respect the reviewers observations, it is essential to clarify that hoarding remediation cannot be reduced to hourly labor estimates. This work involves far more than cleaning: it includes hazardous handling, disposal planning, travel, protective equipment, logistical risks, and administrative and advertising expenses. These are standard components of our industry pricing structure, and our rates reflect the real cost of delivering specialized, timely service.


    Additionally, the claim that no one on site spoke English is inaccurate. Our team included bilingual personnel, and communication with the client remained open throughout the process. We also wish to clarify that objections only arose after the work was completednot during the multi-day project, when there were multiple opportunities to raise concerns.
    We understand the emotional and physical sensitivity of this type of work and treat every case with respect. That said, we find it disingenuous to accept service, observe completion, and then decline payment based on retroactive dissatisfaction. The agreement was made transparently, and the work delivered met the scope.


    We respectfully request that the balance owed be paid in full so this matter can be resolved amicably and professionally.

    Im not good at writing reviews, but these folks really deserve it. My house was in bad shape and we needed help. ****** and his team came in and worked hard, no judging, just good honest work. They cleaned the place top to bottom, took out all the junk, and came back a few days later to finish the carpets after the inspection. Now the house looks clean and smells fresh again. Im very thankful for their help. Good people doing good work.

    If you're in need of an emergency cleaning service, Emergency Cleaners are your guys. I needed their services for a family member and from my first phone call to all communication in between was great. Friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. The two gentlemen that were sent to the house did an outstanding job and were also very friendly, compassionate and professional.
