Credit cards, ACH, and 3rd party financing optionsA non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the estimated project cost is required to schedule and secure service. This deposit must be collected at the time of booking and serves to cover administrative, logistical, and scheduling expenses. It guarantees the reservation of your service date and the assignment of technicians and resources to your project.The deposit will be credited toward the final project balance. Once the final price has been provided and approved, an additional fifty percent (50%) of the total balance is due prior to the start of work, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) must be paid immediately upon completion of the project. All payments must be made using a credit card or debit card. ACH transfers may be accepted only upon prior written approval and must clear before work begins. Emergency Cleanings does not accept cash, checks, or other payment forms unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Deposit and Payment PolicyThe deposit is non-refundable once the service date has been confirmed, except in cases where the final quote significantly exceeds the previously discussed estimated range and the client chooses not to proceed. In such cases, the client may request a partial refund within five (5) business days after written notice of cancellation. Failure to make payments as required — including deposit, progress, or final payment — will result in the suspension or cancellation of the project at the company’s discretion. Emergency Cleanings reserves the right to retain any payments made as compensation for administrative costs, schedule blocking, or work already performed. If payment remains outstanding after completion, Emergency Cleanings may initiate collection procedures, which may include referral to a licensed collections agency or legal action to recover the debt. Any costs associated with such collection efforts, including attorney fees and administrative costs, will be added to the client’s outstanding balance. By signing this agreement, I expressly authorize Emergency Cleanings to charge my credit or debit card, or approved payment method, for all deposits, progress payments, and final balances in accordance with this policy.
