  ************* has unrepaired flood and mold damage. All they did was use a dehumidifier when my apartment had heavy rain water damage in the corner of my bedroom. No carpet replacement, no baseboard or flooring replacements. They cut back the carpet, cut out only the corner of the rotting wood base boards and said they could test for mold but if there was no mold to be found, I'd be charged for the tests. There are multiple cracks in the foundation of that building. And how could i forget about the "faux drains" at the bottom of the steps before entering the apartment... Don't do it.Don't even get me started on the argument i had with management (who are women, mind you) over my DEMAND of not having a man come into my apartment *without telling me* when I lived there alone. Ridiculous.Yes, those are deceased mice under the fridge and mold I found prior to my move in. And yes, I made them clean it.

  We take all feedback seriously, and while I wont go into every detail, I can confidently say that any concerns raised at move-in or during the lease were addressed. However, I do want to strongly refute the accusation that maintenance entered the unit without notice. That claim is entirely false. As an assault survivor myself, I take issues of privacy and personal safety very seriously. It's deeply upsetting to be put in a position where I must defend my companys integrity at the expense of my own privacy.

  Absolutely scammed out of our security deposit after receiving the house so filthy we got an apology letter from kevco when we moved in explaining that they didnt have time to get it cleaned. We were charged $900 to have the carpets cleaned when we received them completely filthy and stained. There was a lot of scratch damage from my cats we had repaired through them before moving out (a $300 charge that we were happy to pay). When we moved in there was even a broken window and a half broken branch hanging above the house and it absolutely reeked of cigarettes. *******, who works with kevco even went out of her way to mention to my friend (who also rents through them) how annoying it was to receive our emails about our concerns (it smelled like a pack of cigarettes and was freaking filthy!). She continually complained to our mutual friend about how much she hates us as tenants and hates working for kevco which leads me to believe part of this was strictly because of this unprofessional relationship. Its a shame this happened and overall our renting experience with them seemed like a scam.
