      They completed everything that was requested of them in a timely manner and professionally. Answered all my dad's questions and needs. They did what was asked of them and didn't push anything else to purchase like other businesses.       Chuck, the technician, was available before the set appt time.
      He was thorough, going so far as to check all water lines to make sure there was no more damage to be found. He even closed and locked a window that he found open! (I am selling the house, it is empty and I am in Denver, the house is in FoCo)
      I am happy with his professionalism and thoroughness of his work.

      We have been working with Allen Service, LLC for several years using their service contract. Their technicians have always been professional, personable, and thorough. They have worked carefully and efficiently and fully maintained our HVAC, electric and plumbing systems. They responded promptly to our one emergency service requirement.

      Nando removed an old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He couldn't have been more friendly or kind. I appreciated his energy and enthusiasm very much. Additionally, he called the office to get us the best deal possible, and saved us a lot of money. Customer service at its finest!

      Routine Check of electrical service. Did good job. Upgraded surge protection and living room dimmer which was not compatible with newer light bulbs.
      Also had plumbing checked by a service profession. He flushed water heater and confirmed that my systems were working without leaks.
