            On 11/2/2021, Alex from this company came out to fix my garage door. It had been hit and knocked off the track. After being charged $213.40 to repair it, it was still not working. Alex came back out and tole me I needed a new garage door opener motor. After purchasing an entry level opener from them for $607.83, they were unable to make it work. A second technician came out and he too was unable to solve the problem. He had Alex come back to swap out the new opener for my original opener. Alex took his opener and left mine on the floor of the garage. Another company was able to properly diagnose the issue as a loose track, and fixed it as well as installing my original motor for $85. It was worked perfectly ever since. The attached images show the state of the garage door opener after being charged $213.40.

            Technician arrives and looks at the situation and says "oh no". Says he can't make the repair. Says a new garage door opener is required. The only problem was a broken cable. I went to Ace, purchased $18 of cable and made the repair myself.
