On 11/2/2021, Alex from this company came out to fix my garage door. It had been hit and knocked off the track. After being charged $213.40 to repair it, it was still not working. Alex came back out and tole me I needed a new garage door opener motor. After purchasing an entry level opener from them for $607.83, they were unable to make it work. A second technician came out and he too was unable to solve the problem. He had Alex come back to swap out the new opener for my original opener. Alex took his opener and left mine on the floor of the garage. Another company was able to properly diagnose the issue as a loose track, and fixed it as well as installing my original motor for $85. It was worked perfectly ever since. The attached images show the state of the garage door opener after being charged $213.40.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Here's what happened. As simply stated as possible.- Wife hit garage knocking it off the track
- Company comes out and charges $213.40 to fix it.
- Garage door still did not operate properly. The door was put back on track, but it was not working.
- Company comes out again and tells me the motor is bad, and charges me $607 to replace it. This was a mis-daignosis.
- Garage door still did not operate properly.
- Company comes back and we agree to part ways, and that they would send their tech out to swap the motors.
- Company comes back and takes their motor leaving mine on the ground.
- At this point I call Ankmar who comes out and installs my original motor and tightens a loose track. $89 later it is fixed after proper diagnosis.
Had the company done what they said they would, which was to reinstall my garage door opener, this would have been acceptable, but in the end I paid $213.40 for them to leave me with my garage door opener on the floor of the garage. This is terribly unprofessional, and I shouldn't have to pay for repair services that did not repair the opener.Regards,

Hello Mr ********.
The 213. $. Was a charge for putting his door back on track.
We have video that show that his door was working after we fix it.
The problem was that his automatic opener didn’t want to learn the up and down
Limits anymore. So we offer mr ****** new opener.
He called the day after and wanted us to install a new opener. And that what we did install him a new opener
A day after he called again saying that the new opener don’t work well. So we came over check it and offer him a better
Model with more power free of extra charge. He refuse and just wanted us to take the opener we installed and refund him for the opener. And we did so. We took the opener and refund him the full amount he paid for the opener and the installation
Of it.
About his old opener that we left there, we really sorry but we can’t afford working for free for customers
We can refund we can do whatever customer asking us todo. But work for free we can’t.
So this is the reason he paid 213$ For labor when we put The garage door back in place
And also the reason we didn’t install back his old opener the day after. He just refused any solution
And wanted his money back. So we took our opener and refund him.
We doing our best to satisfied our customers.
It’s important for us that our customers get the best deal and service.
But we just can’t work for free.
Thank you, Mike S******.
