This is a horrible trash company that is supposed to pick up my house trash once a week, and this company has 2 weeks with out picking up our trash. I have been calling them for days, but they never answer their phones!!I never signed up with them, and I got with this nasty company when Xtreme disposal was sold to bounty disposal, then bounty was sold to Mountain high. I was a client of Xtreme disposal, but thanks to this company acquisitions, some how I ended up on the hands of the worst company ever!!This company is so gross and negligent that they should have their operation license revoked by the county!!It is unacceptable that a company dont even answers the phone!!It is unacceptable that this company it's not even picking up the trash when they were supposed to!!I am very mad and frustrated cause I have two weeks of trash, and my trash service is no where to be found!!

ARE DOING. WILL HAVE THE *** REMOVED ON 8/1
AND WILL NOT EVER SIGN HIM UP AGAIN. HE WAS
PAID THROUGH JULY SO NO MONEY DUE AT
CANCELLATION.These are the notes from the account. Its very difficult to do business with someone or help them get to the bottom of a problem with them yelling at you the whole time. Our office staff is very polite and do not deserve that type of behavior.

I am rejecting this response because:When a company takes two weeks to pick up the phone, and when you ask them why they don't pick up the phone, and they cut you off ordering you not to speak them on that tone, that's when based on this company incompetent actions, I demand them to conduct them selves in a more professional way!!
Two weeks with out trash service, and when the truck finally arrived, they didn't even picked up saying I havent paid my bill!!
This company is full of super negative complaints from all over the place! I am not the only one who is mad and frustrated!!
On ******* on ********* and here, their company is flooded with negative reviews!!
Finally, the very last time I called, after many, many tries, almost 45 minutes calling, they finally answered, and I was so happy to hear they have cancelled my account cause I will never do business with this clown company again!!
I told them that their license from the city should be cancelled until they improve their customer service, and they Lough and said that despite their lousy service, that will never happen!!
There are no excuses, and I am yet impressed that they are blaming me for not picking up their trash in two weeks, and they never answer the phone and don't reply to emails!!
Instead of blaming the customer, they owe me and all their unhappy customers and ex customers and apology for a super horrible service!!
You, the BBB, need to give an F to this company!!
What they are doing is unacceptable!!
If the county don't cancel their license to operate, at least I hope that every body on ******* on social media, and here; they will know how horrible is this company.
Not answering the phone for weeks, that's unacceptable!!
Not replying to emails for weeks is completely unacceptable!!
And not picking up the trash of a paying customer tow weeks is a gross act of neglect!!!
Yes I was mad! Yes I had to express my anger! And yes, I am here still telling everyone no to do business with them cause they will go through the same horrible experience I went with them!!!
I can't believe that who ever that owns this horrible company, he still is trying to defend their incompetent actions!!
Instead of blaming the customer, they should restructure their horrible company, and they should humbly give all their people like me a very well deseved apology!!!
And, I am glad that I will never do business with them!! Ever!!!

This company is not polite, neither professional!! They never answer their phones, emails, or any other way or form to communicate with them!
They should apologize instead for trying to blame the customer for their actions and their grossly horrible mistakes!
Thanks to their incompetence, they where not picking up my trash cause their were thinking I haven't paid my bill, but my bill was fully paid on time, yet they had me on their accounting as i non paying customer!!!
So, there are no excuses! They made a big mistake with my account, and what can you expect from a paying customer when no ones picks up his trash in two weeks, and no one answers the phone, or no one replies to his emails!!! There are no excuses! Any receptionist can charge any real business around $150 dollars per day to answer their phones and avoid this horrible conflicts!! But because they are too cheap, they rather prefer to hire Call centers who just never pick up the phone!!
Well, I am here, trying to explain this company that what I need to hear from them is a humble apology and that some day they will understand that there is no excuse when a "Supposedly" professional company just never bothers to answer their customers questions, or complaints when the trash is piling up, and no ones picks it up even when you already paid for the service!!
There are no excuses!! And no, they cant blame me! Cause the lady who answered the phone, she was the one who had a very nasty attitude! I had to wait for weeks to get some one to finally answered, just to be treated like the garbage they pick up! like if I was the one at fault when my only sin ever was to be some how transferred to this horrible company!! the only thing that I wanted from them, it was to come and pick up my trash!!! when they finally came, their truck driver said, that I haven't paid my bill when my bill was fully paid in advance!!! So, No!! There are no excuses!! When they acquired Bounty Disposal, they didn't bother to take the time to call their new customers and ask if everything was fine!!!
But thanks god, my service with this horrible company has been cancelled, but I just want the BBB to be aware of their practices, so you guys can evaluate if this people deserves any BBB ratings at all cause with me they have an "F" !!
A company that wont answers their customer calls or emails, they shouldn't even be in the fragile business of picking people's trash!!!

I hope they learn from this ******* and instead of being so blindly arrogant, i hope that they understand that they were the ones at fault!! Not me!! I just responded based on the endless frustration from a company who's customer service is flooded with endless bad reviews from people like me for not getting any response from them when you dont have any place to put your trash, and they are no where to be found!!
I was starting to think that I was scammed or some thing cause no one answered their phones or emails for weeks!
I don't know about you BBB, but a company like this, they shouldn't not even be allowed to operate unless they turn things around, and unless they transform their company in one with a better understanding of what it means for some one to be in business where the customer can not be neglected to much and so BAD!!

Mountain high took my damaged can in February and never brought a new one, and continue to harass me with invoices. These are charges for services they never provided me. There was literally no can to put my trash in. Be careful not to fall for the low price. You get what you pay for in this case. We have been able to resume trash service with a known and reliable service and are being taken care of again.

Her account was locked on 2/14/23 for non payment. We collected our trash bin on 2/16/2023. ****** then made a partial payment on 2/20/2023 and never called to let ** know.So we didn't know to bring out a new bin. When she left ** a voice mail on 3/14/2023 letting ** know she went with *** we prorated her account back to 2/14/2023 witch left her still owing ** $33.42. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

***********************The can was taken because Mountain High flipped it open or closed too hard when it was frozen. That was mid February i suppose. I called and asked for a replacement and made a partial payment until I got a replacement can. Which never happened, nor did I ever receive any notice that my service was suspended. I *********** not pay for services not provided.
I agree with the amount owed. But their explanation is erroneous. I would rather they tell the truth and be transparent.
