    ************* is terrible. I can't believe this has an A+ rating as our neighborhood has had nothing but trouble from this company. Recycling is supposed to be picked up on Mondays. They miss it every single time. I have had to call 6 times now to reschedule a pickup. They now will not reschedule until they review a video. This is a dishonest, highly incompetent company and they need to be held accountable for their poor service.

    So sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. I have looked into this account and there has been quite a few issues in the past. They do look as they were all resolved. We do pull video to check what happened. We will be be returning on Thursday for the missed recycling. We did miss it after viewing the video. I will update the account with work orders to solve any future issues.

    Mountain High disposal signed a contract stating that I would start services on 9/1 with pickup in the alleyway. The first week I put my trash out in the front and they did not take it. The second week I put it in the alley and they did not take it. The third week they took it. Then they didn't take it the fourth week again. Not a problem trash isn't full. Week 5 trash is full and they don't take it. I call to report a missed pickup on 10/5 at 8:30am. The man said he could ask about a pickup off cycle but would need to call back and reports they do not pickup from the alley. Says he will call later to let me know if they can pickup Monday or Tuesday. By 4:30pm. No call back so I call. The lady that answered reports they do not pickup from the alley and that i was called and told. I look through my phone, no calls at all. She says it came and i probably ignored it then says that my service didn't start until 9/25 so they won't do anything about all the missed pickups. Then says they may pickup Monday or Tuesday but they will call back to let me know. No call ever comes. Monday 10/6 I call and ask to speak with a manager. The man says he can not get me through to them. He can put me on a list and they get to use their discretion to call when they can or up to 48 hours. My trash was not taken monday so i call this morning. The lady from before answers and says they will not send out today and I have to wait for Thursday but they will take a few extra bags at no charge. The recycling is also full but it goes out next week. No sending someone there either. They have broken their contract multiple times, been rude/argumentative, and will not make things right either monetarily nor with the "service" they provide.

    I signed up with this company when they first began servicing our neighborhood, along with several other residents. At the time, we were told that after the first year, any rate increase would be minimalno more than $2. The salesman even wrote that information on his business card as part of the sales assurance.Unfortunately, that representation was false. The rate has nearly doubled, and this increase appears to have affected many customers in the area. Several neighbors have since discontinued their service, but the larger concern is the companys pattern of deceptive and misleading conduct. They make pricing promises that are not honored and continue to raise rates substantially without transparent disclosure or **************** addition to the billing concerns, the company has frequently failed to perform scheduled trash pickups, resulting in repeated service interruptions and customer frustration. These ongoing issues reflect a consistent lack of reliability and integrity in their operations.Resolution Requested: I am not seeking monetary compensation, as I am no longer a customer. However, I respectfully request that this matter be investigated to ensure the company is held accountable for deceptive sales practices, false representations, and failure to deliver promised services. Their actions appear to constitute a pattern of consumer misrepresentation, and I believe regulatory review or enforcement action may be warranted to prevent further harm to other customers.

    I do apologize about the miss representation about our pricing. We do use a third party sales team and sometimes they can mess up the pricing. We do have our introductory rate for the first year extremely low as to prove our service to you. The sales team should have informed you that our pricing would go up to our normale rate which is extremely competitive after the first year.If you could provide your address I could look into your account and see exactly what happened so that we can fix this problem moving forward if we haven't already.     I recently cancelled my trash service with Mountain High due to ongoing issues. When I called to cancel, I was instructed to leave the companys bins out with the regular trash on Tuesday for final pickup. I followed their instructions exactly, yet the bins were not collected and are still sitting at my *********** make matters worse, there was a rainstorm last night, and one of the uncollected bins floated down the street and wedged between the curb and my neighbors brand new car. Thankfully, no damage occurred, but this could have easily led to a much more serious situation. I have since moved all of the bins up to my driveway to prevent further problems, but I should not be responsible for safeguarding company property after cancellation.Additionally, the company picked up and emptied a separate, empty bin that I had intentionally set apart from the full ones scheduled for pickup. I want to make it clear that I do not expect to be charged for this unnecessary and unauthorized service.I am requesting that Mountain High take immediate action to retrieve their trash bins and confirm that no charges will be made for the recent pickup. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable with proper communication and follow-through.

    We attempted to call all customers to let them know. That the route got delayed. If they did not answer we left them a voicemail if we were able to. There will be NO additional charge. Sorry for the inconvenience. The bin's have since been removed.

    Door salesman signed me up for service on June 18 a check for $48.00 that was not to be cashed until first garbage pickup on August 6. I decided I did not want to switch from my present garbage company- so I called to cancel service and asked them to return my check. They cashed my check anyway and refused to give me a refund. I have called multiple times requesting a refund as I have never used their company. They continue to refuse to give my $48.00 back

    This original complaint has still not been resolved . They reached out to me on 8/19 and said the check for $48.00 they owed me would be sent. That was over a month ago. Still no check!!! Is there anything else you can do to help me??? Thanks

    This refund was already issued out. The check was already sent out in the mail. It doesn't say what day.If you don't receive it in the next week please give us a call and we will look into it in.

    I am renting a house at ********************************************************************** when I first looked at this house there were three trash cans outside the property full. The leasing property manager says we do not handle ******** the trash is on the responsibility of the previous tenant moved out.I called mountain hi to let them know about the trash.Cans be in here and they said they would come pick them up.That's been over three them almost every week to come and get these trash cans and they won't pick them up. Today I called again and they said well, we, you know we'll try to get out there to pick them *****, they need to pick these trash cans up.Because it is a nuisance to the neighborhood, they are dirty and smelly.They need to get these things picked up immediately. Unfortunately, too I have seen other people come and just dump waste into these trash cans and they are not mine.I hope they do not try to build me for them.But they just need to get these trash cans out of in front of this house. I have been told 3 different times that they would pick them up and again as of today, Friday the 15th of August, we still have not been picked up.They need to be picked up immediately!

    I am rejecting this response because: they were supposed to pick up three trash bins and they only picked up two attached is a picture of the remaining trash bin they need to pick up. I did just call them and they said oh we'll get it on our schedule to pick up is what they told me many times last time and it took them 3 weeks to get it so yeah this is not resolved they need to pick it up immediately per our HOA we can't leave trash can sitting out on the street

    My quarterly bill has increased this quarter and did not receive any communication as to why. I called their office on 3 different occasions and they did not answer. I also sent 2 separate emails and have not received a response. The increase in not extreme but not informing me as to why and then ignoring my questions is unacceptable and poor customer service

    I checked our records and have attached two pictures that show ******* has not tried to call in the month of May 2025. Also a search of our email that shows he has not emailed us since September of last year.

    We do apologize about not notifying ******* about the increase and would gladly speak with him about it.

    No emails since September.

    This is the amount we increased his account.
    Increase was $3/month, $1 for 95g trash and charge for $2 was added for personal bin. His quarterly went from $90 to $99.

    Had a sales man come to the door and explain about how much larger their trash receptacles we and how much I can save by not using waste management and I bought into his empty promises. Not only were the receptacles smaller but they skipped me 2 weeks in a row. After calling to cancel service it was explained to me that's on Tuesday. The eleventh, which is today, the receptacle would be picked up and I would be issued a refund. However instead of following through I was charged again and the receptacles still there. I spoke with their customer service and the best. He said they could do was pick up the receptacle again next week. I asked for a confirmation number for something in filing that I can reference. And he was unable to provide me with that. I would like a full refund for the lack of service. And I would like this receptacle to be taken away immediately as I don't have place for it. Because I have have room for one trash companies receptacles I was charged $16 again today totalling $48 with yet 1 pick up about a month ago provided.

    I have been paying my trash bill with no issues for many years. *** recently partnered with, or took over Bunting trash service. Bunting billed monthly. *** demanded four months of payment all at once. My budget does not allow for an extra charge. In addition, all of my neighbors have the new MHD trash cans. I am the only one in my neighborhood to still have the old Bunting can. Yesterday I received a phone call saying my service was suspended.

    Mountain High Disposal took over Bunting Disposal on July 1, 2024. Notifications were mailed out to customers about the changes in our billing matters in August. Mountain High Disposal bills out on a quarterly basis of every 3 months. We started billing the Bunting customers in September for the months of September, October and November. We had several customers call in to make arragements so they could get on board with the quarterly billing, I do not show any calls from this customer where we could have worked something out with him. Our policy is quarterly billing through Mountain High Disposal but I have left a message for the customer to call in so we can discuss possible monthly billing.

    Salesman approached my door June 28th, asked if I wanted to sign up for a new trash service. Told salesman I was uninterested and happy with ***************** Mid-July, two Mountain High branded trash cans are dropped on my property. Zero communication, zero consent. After calling until August 17th for them to pick these cans up, they finally send someone out and send a bill for picking up the cans. I will not be paying this predatory business a dime.
