    I placed an order on 4/30/2025 but as of today 6/5/2025, I still haven't receive my package. They said they shipped the order and the delivery company said that they delivered the package. But according to the tracking number, they sent it to the wrong address. I sent proof to both the delivery company and paleovalley. The delivery company said they couldn't locate my package. On 5/23/2025, I received an email from paleovalley said that my order has been reshipped. I checked the tracking number they provided but it indicated that the package was delayed, last updated was 5/30/2025. I emailed the delivery company multiple times but with no response. I contacted paleovalley again today and asked for a refund but so far I still haven't get my response. I feel so disappointed in this company. And wish to have my money back. I suggested that they should change their delivery partner because it is unreliable.

    The company sent products prior to the subscription date. I've tried contacting them multiple times asking them for an explanation and, finally, they said they would provide a prepaid return label at my request. After requesting one, they've not responded at all. I've since opened a transaction dispute with my bank and they are conducting an investigation on my behalf. I've canceled the subscription and will no longer do business with this company. Beware!!

    I purchased Superfood Golden Milk buy 1 get one 10/212024, for a total of $57.94. It tastes like soap not only to myself, but my wife as well. The product has a 60 day no questions asked 100% refund policy. I have contacted them numerous times from my account with them, from my email and twice today by phone. They have promised by automatic responder twice to be in touch in 3-4 days. This has come and gone twice. I was on hold by phone today, then disconnected. I called back, left my name, email and phone number. No acknowledgment. Poor customer service. I would not try any other of their products because of this poor service and will not recommended them to anyone.

    I only agree to a single, one time purchase. Little did I know that once you make an account they auto subscribe you without your knowledge and I woke up the other day with an unauthorized charge to my card for $113! Their customer service doesn't answer their phones, and they don't respond to emails. As of now my bank will be disputing the charge. This is horrible business practice and damages trust and credibility with consumers. Not sure if I would ever buy from then again.

    The company has no problem selling its products but will not return email, or refund the money youve spent even after youve returned their products. I have sent an email once a month bc their site says it will take awhile to get back to you. Now I think its just them plainly ignoring the issue.     I purchased product from this company and subsequently canceled my subscription on August 21, 2024.On August 26, I received an email from the company stating my subscription would be shipping out that day. I immediately replied to the email with a screenshot of their cancellation confirmation, stating I did not want the product and expected a full and immediate refund ($287.95). received no response. Two hours later I forwarded the email to their support email address. Received no response once again.The next day I called at 9 AM, and again at 12 PM both times leaving voice messages requesting call back. Nothing I then messaged them via ********, and still received no response.Their ******** page is filled with complaints from other customers stating similar overcharges and lack of customer service. To resolve this issue, the company needs to immediately refund all monies charged and delete my account from their system, so as to avoid future occurrences of this nature.

    Paleovalley Goes Above and Beyond for Customers On June 14th, 2024, I order $167.44 worth of product from Paleyovalley.** ***** *** ***** ******* ** ******************* 1x ******************* (FREE GIFT!)On June 20th, I e-mailed Paleovalley Customer Support, because the tracking information was still as follows:Shipping Label ************* Awaiting Item The order had not yet arrived.On June 21st, there was an e-mail from Paleovalley Customer Support saying that they looked into this and "it seems the carrier has somehow lost the package on its way to you. We'll get a brand new shipment sent out first thing tomorrow, so please look for a new tracking number from us."On Jun 24th, the new order was sent, with no charge to the credit card, as a replacement order. Before seeing it had been sent that day, I received the 1st order from June 14th in the mail.I e-mailed customer support about receiving the first order, asking them how they wanted to handle this. They told me to feel free to keep it. I tried to pay for the 2nd order, but they told me to consider it a small gift.My experience in doing business with them since August of 2023, has been positive. They are a great company that goes above and beyond for their customers.
