    I initially ordered the online package deal because it was a great deal for the price offered. While they were indeed fine and healthy beef sticks the followup pricing was too expensive. I elected not to purchase any more at thier pricing. I did not subscribe to any autofill options, yet a month ;ater they tried billing my cash app card for an autofill for an outrageous price for what was offered. Fortunately I rarely keep much money on the card so it was declined. I immediately got an email from them saying it was declined which offered an unsubscibe option. I did so and insured it was successful. I also blocked the business on ,y cash app card/ Yet they have continued every other day to try to bill my card for *****. This needs to stop and they have not responded to me after a week now and 4 seperate charge attempts. and *** I have not recieved any ofder from them either,

    I purchased a large quantity of beef sticks and super food bars to distribute at my Jiu-Jitsu gym. My wife and I tried the beef sticks immediately when I received them. Within hours we had severe food poisoning that lasted through the night and subsequently put my 7 month pregnant wife into the hospital for two days. If my wife had went into labor I would sue, I am debating how I can do that anyway. I don't know whether I am better off suing or asking for a refund. They ignored my emails. Paleo valley is a fraud.

    I ordered 4 10 packs of your meat sticks. I received the order and had my family try them. They did not care for them. I sent you the following message on January 7, 2025:I made an order to you, Order #*******. My family tried the different meat sticks but didn't like them.     I stopped doing business with PaleoValley in October 2024. I canceled All subscriptions, called them to confirm subscriptions were canceled. They shipped items from a previous subscription. I called again, asking for a refund and making sure this wouldn't happen again. They shipped the Same items Again on March 25th.They have Not responded or Refunded my account as of today April 5th, 25' They owe refunds of $143.97 x 2 = $287.94

    On 10-3-24, I placed an order on Instragram for $31.99 and $60.00 on a PaleoValley offer. That was for 60 beef sticks and protein style bars. Thats it. I then received an order for $113 on 11-3-24, 12-3-24, and 1-3-25. I NEVER ordered and authorized my Apple Card to make those purchases for $113 on 11-3-24, 12-3-24, and 1-3-25. I have received no invoices, receipts and/or emails authorizing those three recent purchases. I have attempted to contact Paleovalley numerous times including an email on 11-3-24 when i noticed the non authorized charge on that date. Then they re charge my Apple card on 12-3-24 and 1-3-25. I never authorized a "subscription" for beef sticks. My only purchase was on 10-3-24 for $91.99 Respectfully submitted, **** **********

    It looks like the subscription was originally created with your initial order of beef sticks. After carefully reviewing your account, we did find that these charges fall outside of our 60-day guarantee period. Because of this, were unable to process refunds for the November and December orders.


    That said, as a one-time courtesy, Ive gone ahead and refunded your ******* charge of $113no need to worry about returning anything! You should see the funds reflected back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.


    Your subscription has also been canceled moving forward, so you wont see any additional charges.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I attached an email screen shot of an email I immediately sent to ************ on 11-3-24. The exact date I got charged $113. Nothing was done and two more charges occurred on 12-3-24 and 1-3-25. Their email reply says it looks like I did a subscription I did not know of any type of plan like that with them. Why would I do a subscription and havent tested the product out. It does not make sense. Their ordering system had a fault because I only ordered 60 beef sticks and protein bars on 10-3-24. I was charged about $92.00 for those purchases. In closing, I did not do or make any subscription purchases with Paleo Valley.

    We have been using this product for almost a year now. However, this latest order does not smell or taste like previous orders. We have tried to reach out to ************ on numerous occasions via email and phone and have not received any response to date. Even on their website, when we try to open the contact link, it does not work. In light of the 60 day, money-back guarantee, we are seeking a full refund on this order.

    I ordered 2 sets of 30 meat sticks from Paleovalley on 12/14/2024. After weeks of waiting, I email asking about them. They claim they were waiting for confirmation for them to ship my packages out (my payment shouldve been confirmation enough in my eyes, I willingly put my payment information on their website), and on 12/31/2024 they told me sorry and that it will be shipped! After a week of no tracking information, I ask again what is the problem, and they say they are very swamped and that it will arrive shortly. This happened between 01/06/2025 and 01/12/2025. I understand being swamped but its been a month at this point. I enjoy their product a lot (never bought myself but had from some friends), so I brush all this aside and assume this is the end of it. Nope, another two weeks later and absolutely 0 tracking information or any sort of updates at all. After emailing AGAIN (on 01/20/2025) I state I dont have a tracking number and just want a refund at this point as its been well over a month. Today I finally get a reply (01/23/2025) that says my package was lost and they are expediting a new one tomorrow, completely ignoring my refund request after a month of this.

    on 12/26/2024 I was shipped an order for $113.35 from the company that I did not order and did not sign on to a subscription. I had made a previous transaction with this business but was not informed that doing so would sign me up to a subscription. nor did they advertise that transaction was an automatic sign up for a subscription. I was under the impression I was approving a one time order and nothing indicated that transaction would start a subscription.
