      I purchased the express in-home delivery service, but I consistently received conflicting information from the company, and the service provided was far from express. The delivery of my furniture was delayed by several days, forcing me to spend $416.08 on hotel accommodations for three nights, despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with customer service. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I am requesting compensation for the extra costs incurred, specifically the hotel expenses, due to the delay.

      - The business committed to provide warranty claim and repair to incomplete kitchen that was installed.
      - Nature of dispute- Traemand installed an incomplete kitchen that is not watertight, and should be liable for any damages. They are refusing to repair their mistake which is a two-inch gap behind my sink. It's been impossible to deal with them, taking almost two years to get an appointment. After several cancellations they finally showed up, and in 5 minutes the worker Todd S****** said he couldn't fix the gap. I advised that is one of the main reasons he was there. He refused to fix the kitchen and repair the serval items there under the warranty claim. I've asked for supervisors to call me back, and no one has. This company just took our money, left us with an incomplete product that is substile to mold and mildew.

      The workers came previously and took pictures of the areas that needed repair. Why did they tell me this all could be fixed on that initial visit, only later to have the workers come back and not do 1 single piece of work to resolve the issues with my kitchen?

      Because James, the IKEA planner, made an error, the microwave in my new kitchen was installed for a 6' person, not for a 5'2" person. (He knew how tall I was, since I met with him twice at the recently closed IKEA store on Third Avenue in New York.) I literally could not reach it, and Gregory Moskal, the excellent contractor, had to lower it, remove the cabinets above it, and install a larger cabinet and doors. For that, I was charged $500. I have tried to be reimbursed for this charge since May, with no response from the person who is supposed to handle these issues, whose new email address is [email protected]. I was even given a "support case number" in July, which said I would get a response within 48 hours. I have gotten NO response, even though I have also written to Mr. Edward Moreno, Vice President Ikea USA. I love Ikea's products and my new kitchen, but it is a terrible company to deal with! They are totally unresponsive!

      Traemand, IKEA's kitchen installation company wrongfully scheduled my kitchen installation for two days instead of three days and left without completing the installation. After following up for three days, they responded back with a scheduling date 43 days out. There is no way to reach out to anyone via phone to even get a straight answer.

      Also in addition to that, I am trying to reach a responsible party in Traemand to file a complaint for the damaged they caused to my water pipe by opening a hole with a screw during installation, no one to reach to.

      We ordered a kitchen from **** and asked **** to have their installers install the new kitchen. **** referred us to Traemand. We contacted the and they came to install kitchen. The installers who came had no knowledge of how to install **** cabinets. The scratched mutliple doors from our cabinets. They cabinet butterfly screws were not put on the studs causing extra holes in my walls. They damaged other cabinet door by putting multiple holes in them. The cabinets were not installed level. The filler pieces they installed were cut ridge and wrong. The installers did not have proper tools that they had to use my husbands tools. The installers refused to dry fit our appliances even though it was in our contract. I have contacted Traemand several times by email and phone over the passed year and they keep saying they will send someone to correct work and replace damaged cabinets but have done nothing. We paid Traemand $4,068 on September 16, 2021. At this point we will like our money refunded since we have given them a year to come repair their damages and they havent.

      Traemand Installation Services Agreement - ******** dated April 6, 2022 for installation of IKEA kitchen cabinets. Traemand central office was paid in full but installation remains incomplete as of Oct 17, 2022. Local Traemand Contractor, ******** ********* ***** **** ******* *** *** ** *********** ** ********** has failed to complete the terms of the contract and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issues have exhibited dishonesty in scheduling completion of the work: they have not answered by phone calls, emails or text messages. The have failed to schedule and/or have canceled appointments on multiple occasions. Additionally, the central Traemand office in Colorado has been unresponsive in helping to resolve my complaint.

      Kitchen disaster. Traemand was hired via IKEA in Philadelphia to install kitchen our cabinets in Fall, 2021. Installation day was postponed several times, first because we didn't know we had to specially order a demolition first of the old cabinetry (which of course came with a delay and a significant cost). Then, when the demo happened we were notified by the Traemand contractor that they couldn't install cabinets because one of our walls was concrete. This was frustrating because Traemand had been out several times, including to measure everything at the very beginning--you'd think that would have come up. Upon asking for advice as to what to do, the Traemand worker gave us a name and number of someone to call who "does this sort of thing all the time" in situations like ours. That was a 3rd party contractor who ended up glueing OSB sheathing panels to our concrete wall and "securing" it with concrete NAILS. I questioned the process but the contractor assured me it wouldn't come down in my lifetime. Traemand then returned with a different crew to assemble and install cabinets. There were a few things done wrong, like a washable surface panel put on backwards and a few left awkward gaps, but we were happy to again have a functional kitchen at the end of December, 2021. Then, in August 9th, 2022, one of the OSB panels (and all the cabinets with all of our dishes and bowls) tumbled off the wall, smashing on the floor. Fortunately no people or animals were in the kitchen when that happened, because that could have been deadly. Now we are faced with thousands of dollars in repair (and also in re-strengthening other walls where cabinets were installed as a precaution), in addition to re-purchasing $1000 worth of cabinets from IKEA to replace those too badly damaged. Overall the IKEA kitchen design and install was a stressful (and at times traumatic) experience, but for us it is a nightmare that just never seems over.

      I paid to have Traemand install my Ikea pantry. They were scheduled to come out, they no showed, told me 3 different reasons why they no showed, getting a hold of them took hours, they canceled the next appointment, finally installed the first half, we scheduled the last items, they cancelled at the last minute and moved my appointment out 7 weeks and as of right now, are no showing again. They were supposed to be here at this morning. No one is here, no one responded to my confirmation email on Friday, no one in the office is answering the phone or responding to voicemails. The installers themselves were amazing, the office scheduling staff, supervisors and everyone else has been evasive, dishonest and frustrating. I just want them to fulfill the contract and I can stop missing work for no reason when they don't show up.

      I purchased an Ikea kitchen with installation by Traemand. On 02/17/22, I paid a deposit for the installation. On 03/11/22, I was provided with an installation date and return trip information for any parts that would need to be installed at a later date due to unavailability at time of installation. On 03/14/22-03/15/22, the initial kitchen installation took place and I paid in full for the installation. On 05/05/22, I informed Traemand that I now had all remaining kitchen parts and wanted to schedule a return trip. Traemand has scheduled the return trip multiple times and then cancelled or not shown up on the scheduled day. I have repeatedly emailed and followed up. Many times my emails are ignored and I do not receive a response. See list below for details:
      1) 05/06/22 - Scheduled for May 19 installation - Cancelled by Traemand on 05/16/22 - no new date.
      2) 05/26/22 to 06/13/22 - Multiple emails from me requesting new date - no response.
      3) 06/13/22 - Scheduled for July 18 installation - Cancelled by Traemand on 07/16/22.
      4) 07/16/22 - Scheduled for July 22 installation - Installer did not show up.
      5) 07/22/22 to 08/10/22 - Multiple emails from me requesting new date - no response.
      6) 08/10/22 - Scheduled for August 30 installation - Cancelled by Traemand on 08/27/22.
      7) 08/27/22 - Scheduled for September 2 installation - Installer did not show up.
      8) 09/03/22 - Scheduled for September 23 installation - Installer did not show up.
      9) No further response from Traemand.

      5-21-2022 - Paid $79 for Traemand to measure my kitchen 7-11-2022- booked a visit to IKEA to plan my kitchen, based on the measurements they previously took. Cabinet and installation cost were prepared for me.8-1-22 - Bought all the cabinets in the shopping list provided by IKEA 8-9-22 Signed a contract for IKEA Installation Services with Traemand, contract stated down payment - $160.53 / 75% at Completion $1203.95 + $240.79 8-10-22 received check list e-mail from **************************************** 8-22-22 Installation day- Morning at 8:30 am, installer informed that I needed a bump out metal piece to set microwave, I showed him the one provided by IKEA, but he was not comfortable using it since is wood.I ordered the part and informed him delivery ETA was the following Friday, August 25th.Neither IKEA nor Traemand ever notified me I needed this piece. We talked about installation in details, one of the wall cabinet was missing, delivery was scheduled for the same day, but re-scheduled from IKEA for following one.I would periodically check in, I was available all day. Afternoon one of the installer called me to notify me they were leaving and that they had planned to return following Friday to finish the installation and the microwave.Returned home early evening, I found 3 top cabinets incorrectly installed, not lined-up with the stove, part of the cabinets were set on (same direction) 2 stove burners.Back of the small upper cabinet was damaged by creating a hole for electric plug once the cabinet is properly set, it will be necessary to created another hole Cabinet on top of the fridge is not evenly set in the middle.Contacted him immediately and stated that the job performed was not acceptable.August 26th, Traemand charged my credit card for the balance due, even if installation was not completed and without performing a final walk through, as per contract.I contacted planning supervisor , no appointme is set to finish job.
