    It was explained to me that my intital understanding of the 6 month promotion was wrong and there is nothing that can be done about it. This is disappointing as someone that has worked in customer service for over ****************************************************************************** the promotional price to be terminated. I was looking forward to Starz customer service to exhibit the level of empathy and customer service that I experienced when signing up for thr promotion. Starz explains on its website that it is an all inclusive entertainment provider. Furthermore, on page F-6 of the 2013 Shareholder Report (attached) it states the following:"Starz's mission statement is "To be a leading global entertainment brand providing powerful and immersive experiences."I am disappointed that I was not provided a powerful and immersive experience with customer service. I was hopeful to be a loyal customer of ********************** because of its commitment to providing a powerful experience. I had no doubt when I reached out to customer service that I would receive empathy and would be offered understanding and a special circumstances extension to the promotion. Unfortunately, I did not receive any empathy nor an immersive customer service experience. Instead I am left disheartened, disappointed, and no longer a customer. I am writing to offer my perspective of my experience after learning about and looking forward to Starz commitment to its customers. Yet, not experiencing this commitment and left with feeling disappointed and unwelcomed to the Starz company.

    I received a $9.71 charge from Starz Entertainment on 8/9/22 despite never signing up or creating an account. I am unaware of how Starz got my credit card information in the first place. I never received a single notification for this subscription. Additionally, Starz requires customers to cancel their subscriptions directly from wherever they signed up. I received an automated email from Starz with instructions to cancel through Amazon, Hulu, Roku, ****************************************************** and ********* The problem, however, is finding out which service you are signed up through. With so little information to go on, I cannot sign in to an account I never created to cancel a subscription I never made in the first place. Upon research, this appears to be an intentionally deceptive practice designed to keep customers signed up unknowingly. It should not be this hard to cancel a subscription I never approved!

    Hello, 

    This is *********************, in reference to complaint #********. After speaking with my bank and STARZ Entertainment, the situation has been resolved. My debit card info was compromised and a fraudulent charge was made. STARZ has since cancelled the account and refunded the money. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    I cancelled my account 4-5 months ago and I am still being charged every month $8.99. I have to contact and fight with them every month by email to get refunded. I cannot even login to my account anymore because it was "cancelled" but yet they still have my payment information and can take money from me every month. They even said that they do not show an account with my email address so how are you taking my money every month? I sent pictures of the charge from my bank and previous emails and the cancellation confirmation from months ago. Something is not right
