5 starsThe windows that we bought are more than we realized we were getting. renewal by Andersen has great great looking windows. We got a good warranty. We are extremely happy with our purchase.Also The curbside appeal that it has given the front of our home very beautiful. 1 starThe salesman was awesome, but during install the installer told my wife what she wanted to here. So needless to say, the Install was horrible and only took them 4 hours, clue 1. 2 doors with screen doors and 5 windows. We called and they sent out someone to check out the install. He said WOW THIS STINKS!!!! Also stated it should have taken the install atleast 8hours. The Installer ran out of white silicone and used beige. That also looks horrible. We were scheduled 2 days for Install. So he wrote it up for a refund and reorder of the doors. His upper management didn't like his writeup so they sent an install manager. He showed up and stated this install stinks and he couldn't believe the install job. He stayed that he was pushing for atleast a 30% discount refund to use. We would here something in 48 business hours. 2 weeks later and multiple phone calls to find out the resolution I get a call. The lady on the other end of the phone stated we have come up with a number for your refund and can mail you a check $1950.20. I was floored at the price and stayed that is way off from what we were told. Like 7 grand less. She stayed to me take it or leave it.Review fromPaul D

The sales rep helped me with my first order earlier last year and was extremely helpful, so I called him again, to help with the last few windows to be replaced. 5 starsVery pleased with my new windows by Renewal by ********. Would highly recommend them to any one that is looking to replace their windows. Every employee from the representative that sold me on the windows to the installation crew were such a pleasure to work with. They all are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and kind. The installation crew was awesome, they cleaned up any messes along the way, so when they were done for the day you couldnt even tell they had been there.Renewal By Andersen
