5 starsWe replaced 36 windows that were 25 years old in our home. We were very pleased with Andersens team from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, kept us informed and answered all of our questions. The installation was great. The team respected our home and cleaned up everything. He spent the greater part of the day answering countless questions, clearly explaining the products, benefits, as well as the process, beginning to end!! He was in constant communication with updates and necessary info. ** is THE BEST!!! From the first visit by the sales person through to the completion of the project by the installers, they did an outstanding job. 1 starI ordered windows and doors coming in a cost of $45,000 in March. Here I am, now in August and the door is yet again, broken. I have reached out multiple times to get a discount/refund and I get empty promises of a return phone call. I have yet to see it happen. This is getting old and really is starting to be embarrassing that I chose this company.Review fromLM A

5 starsBecause Im able to afford to replace one window, I replaced the largest window of my house the living room window. ***** arrived 20 minutes early. Not to start the actual work, but to learn the layout of the land and plan. I was glad he arrived early because I was having difficulty getting the curtains down. He helped with that.***** and his assistant were great. They replaced the window carefully and skillfully. No mess was left behind.After they were done and left, I was surprised at how quiet my living room was. Traffic noise from outside is blocked out.The new Anderson window also makes a noticeable temperature difference. The outside temperature can be 101 Fahrenheit but my air conditioner doesnt come on as often. But when I walk into the other rooms, I can feel the heat from outside radiating in through the old windows.Review fromJanis O
