  In the month of June 2024, a representative from Agua World System came to my house to offer me a water purification system; which sold me said system for a value of ***** dollars and for obtaining the product they gave me organic products for my house and the moment they were sold out they would send us the products for a value of 250 dollars, shipping cost again. At the time of the installation of the system, the entire system cannot be installed in the house since the technician cannot find where the water enters my house and he offers us only the system to install in the kitchen for a value of ***** dollars and I could still have organic products, which my husband and I agreed to. They install the system and 2 days later we receive an advertisement on our cell phone from another water purifier company called Brio; Reviewing their advertising, ohh surprise, we found the exact same filter; The same characteristics; Even the system is identical; That worries us even more and we check the filter that is installed in our kitchen and to our surprise we find that on the back it clearly says: BRiO ALKAFUSE; We reviewed the Brio filters website and found the same purification system for a value of $500 dollars and with a 50% discount the Brio website offers it for $250 dollars with shipping included; The most absurd thing of all is that I call Agua systems to let them know my finding and they have the audacity to tell me that it is not the same water system. So here they are abusing and speculating the price of this system; How is it that these companies can resell these products, which entity controls the abuse of these prices and taking a product and passing it off as if it were their own. gentlemen clients and future clients; Do not be fooled. Do your research first before purchasing these products. Look at the images I attach and tell me if it is not the same system.PS: I call Brio and they do not have Agua System or Puronics as a client.

  If I could give negative stars I would!! This company rips people off. They have sales associates come in a lie about services and then when you call to get something done they want to charge you additional fees or basically you stuck with the broken system!! Do not recommend this company for anything!! Scam!!!

  Horrible company they do not honor their word. When I first got the system they promised that they will always have maintenance for the system, was part of the deal. I will end up paying almost ***** with the interest when I finished. Now they want to charge me a 500 yearly for the maintenance. It was not like this at the begging. PLEASE don't buy from them.

  I am extremely generous by giving this company a one-star rating. The customer service is horrible. They do not honor their warranties and wanted to charge me $ 400 dollars (labor) to install 6 filters, and an additional $ 545 of shipping and handling. If I did not accept their offer, I still would have to pay for the shipping and handling, and they would void my warranty. This is literally WRONG!!!! I am already paying $ ***** for the system; I should have the right to have it maintained at a reasonable price.

  This company knocked on my mothers door yesterday; they tested her water and told her that the water is poison. My mother is 80yrs old has and Alzheimers and is now refusing to drink the water and shower until this ******** system is installed. These people pointed out my mothers skin and told her that the poisoned water caused this and that she has Alzheimers because she is drinking the water. This company needs to be stopped, they are taking advantage of our seniors. Hoping the BBB can put a stop to this company.
