We have had a leak under our sink and I have tried for three days now to get in contact with AquaWorld Systems at the local to me office. No one answers the phone, at any option prompt, and all mailboxes are full, leaving me no ability to leave a message, or my call is disconnected. Puronics, the actual product I have, does not give me an ability to contact anyone as well.I need someone to contact me regarding a repair/service of my system.Initial Complaint

In December of 2022 we purchased a water filtration system for $7,000. We were told it had a lifetime warranty and that it would take care of all of our issues with our well water. Since that time we have had to have the company come out at least seven times because of the quality of the water and the system not performing. We just had to purchase a aeration tank at the cost of $2,500 to try to get rid of the smell that the filtration system has stopped removing. We have tried calling the company time after time but the menu option for English Loops back and you never actually get anyone from the company to answer. We have had to work through ******** our salesperson who has been fantastic but she told us that they have nothing that they can do because the company is not responding to us. Good afternoon, I hope you are well. Regarding the client ****** SAWN A, on April 12, a service was notified directly to our area,in which the client made a payment for the technical visit, which basically increased the labor, that is, the work of the technician.
After that, the service was generated with the technician who carried out the work, sending the service sheet which verifies that the system was in perfect condition.
After that report, we have no longer had notifications in which the client has reported a problem with the equipment.
We attach evidence that supports our help with the client at all times.

Transactio took place on 6/5/2024, I requested some information from a web site which offered help for home owners, for windows insulation at low cost The person who came here name *****************************, who talked and talked and offered to check the water quality for the building, at the end offered to set up a water softener, never mentioned price or any any other detail. As an idiot thinking that was part of government help. I sign a document which turned out to be a contract. I am a retired 70 year old man extremely naived, by the end of the dsy another gentleman came to install the softener which he didn't handle properly, i didn't get a copy of contract which thetes is a section if you want to cancel within 5 business days. Hola buenas tardes, me dirijo a ustedes *** el fin de solicitarles ayuda urgente debido a los problemas que tengo actualmente *** AquaWorld systems. A mediados del ao 2023 adquir *** dicha empr*** un filtro de agua para mi casa, tuve que solicitar un prstamo *** ************* por 8.000$, de los cuales me van *********** mensualmente 100$. El problema desde el inicio es que empezamos a notar particulas negras salir por el agua del inodoro, le notificamos al vendedor y el nos dijo que era porque se estaban limpiando las tuberas, a medida que el tiempo pasaba esta particula negra empez a salir por todas las griferas incluso por la salida de agua de la nevera. Finalmente el vendedor acepto que estaba ocurriendo algo y que deban revisar el filtro, al ver esto obviamente yo no quera nada *** ellos, tengo un nio pequeo en casa que es nuestra prioridad y no poda seguir ***sumiendo esta agua, pasaron los meses y llegamos a navidad y viajamos. Al regr***r ***tinuamos nuestra procesin *** el vendedor para que viniera a retirara el filtro, quien insista en llevarse el viejo y colocar uno nuevo, a quien siempre le dijimos que NO. Enfatizamos en que solo queramos que se llevara sus producto, que cerraran la cuenta *** ************* y que no hacia falta que nos devolvieran lo que ya habamos pagado, sencillamente no estbamos ***formes *** sus servicios y queramos culminar cualquier relacin *** la empr*** AquaWorld. March 17 2023 System was first install inside apt under sink then big softener (filter) was install a few days later. I was told by the sales person that I had 3 months to try products if not happy I was able to return the whole system. Payment wasnt due past the 2 months thats when I realized there was something odd going so called the company telling them why I was getting a bill if I was told first payment was not due for a period of 90 days (trial or satisfaction guarantee ) sales person told me. I contact puronics about the issue and I was told I had 3 days to return it not 3 months like the sales person told. I tried to contact her but she said I had to call aqua world (puronics) directly and I did. They claimed lady didnt know what she was talking about that she knew it was 3 days not 3 months. No only that system is not worth $8500 it doesnt work Ive tried multiple times to get a tech to my house and keep getting the run around of we busy or the technicians car broke down I finally had to contact the bank (syncronic) to tell them that why would I keep paying for a system that dont work and leaks so not only I have to pay $100 a month my water bill will be higher cause or the leak on the system. All the calls are recorded so they said so hopefully I get system removed. The whole system and puronics) aqua world is a complete scam. Stay away from themBusiness Response

Responding to the email by the client ***************************, the client freely signs the contract and also goes through a pre-verification call with the company and verification by the financial company where in both calls it is confirmed that the client agrees with all the clauses signed by himself.
I attach the first page of the contract where it is detailed and specifies that to cancel the system there are only 3 days from the installation.
And for the technical service, we have tried to send several technicians to help the client but he refuses to receive them, we have not had communication with the client since the last time on July 7th.

According to aquaworld is the sales representative responsibility to help take product back that wont be an issue Ill contact her with a latter from my lawyer showing prooof of what she agreed on. As aquaworld states on the contract that is the sales representative responsibility on any agreement outside the contract , thats a very strong point of sales that aquaworld allows the sales person to utilize when selling product. (Other wise why would that even be mentioned in the contract) maybe Im not first person that got lied to about return time frame ?
I know all conversations are recorded so I need all the transcripts of the conversation since day one til July 2023 about cancellation and me refusing the equipment to be serviced and fix. Makes no sense to pay for something thats broken and in top of that refuse for it to get fix.Customer Answer

Ive response last weeks asking for aquaworld to send me transcripts of conversations where *** refuse the service to fix a leaking product thats costing me money. Also sales persons wont answer none of my calls so Im guessing shes not longer with the company and is just a very profesional scam that auquaworld is running since Im no the only person that complains about 1 service 2 sales persons modifying the so call 3 days return policy telling costumers dont worry I know the manager or Ill help you return it with in 90 days if you not happy. So at this point Ill like transcripts of conversations between me and any rep from aquaworld.

Faulty installation of a water filter that broke causing damage to the common areas of the condominium Association. I have submitted various emails, and letters to have them remove the water filter and as of today I have received no response. Need to cancel Water softener installed 10/20/22 at close to 10pm, I was told they where with Denver ****** it was all lies. The lady target us because of our age. I called them in less than 12 hours canceling their service, they want $550 to remove the equipment & was told the loan was for $8500, something that was never mention before. I'm 75 years old I don't work live out off my social security income. I can't afford $100 a month. They took advantage of my husband that is 80 yrs old & me. I asked my daughter for help, she looked up at the company's name and it does't exist on the BBB like they advertise on their invoice, they are fraud.Business Response
