A few months ago my grandmother purchased these supplements and they overcharge HEAVILY and hide that the payments reoccur. There was an AI slop of an ad that she was convinced of and wanted my grandfather to try. I've read other complaints of this business and they are fully ignoring what they're doing is wrong. They do indeed prey on people with health issues like one complaint stated and there is nothing they can say to change that. She tried contacting support and they refused her refund. This is just another horrible medical supplement business you should not do business with and should steer clear of.Business Response

We believe it is unjust that the associated party claims no involvement with the original order and was unaware of the offer presented. Our offer is straightforward, and we take pride in standing behind our high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are also very proud of our A+ rating with the BBB. The customer was charged a single payment for an order of six bottles placed on June 24th. The order was successfully delivered and not returned. On July 17th, the customer initiated a payment dispute, which we contested by providing clear documentation, and proof of purchase and delivery, which resulted in the dispute being won in our favor. No further billing or shipments have been processed, and the customer did not contact us for assistance prior to the dispute. On August 19th, the customer or a family member contacted us for the first time. Their call was promptly answered, and we provided clear return instructions while issuing a full refund, same day, without hesitation. We are unclear on the reasons for the dissatisfaction expressed by the customers grandson. The issue is this is an overpriced multivitamin with hidden and recurring payments without authorization higher than the price purchased for originally what was agreed upon. There is no reason the price should be as high on the second unauthorized payment than it was on the initial payment.

6/7/2025 I made a purchase of $39.95 free shipping for GS 85. Nucentix charged me $199.80. I got the alert of that $199.80 charge as soon as I submitted the payment information. I immediately called to let ******** know that it was a fraudulent charge! **************** took my complaint within minutes of the supposed purchase. I stopped my card & ordered a new one right then. If I purchased the product at that price I would pay it. I notified ******** CC immediately that the charge was fraudulent. I remember seeing a text that the purchase was declined, I even told the woman who documented my complaint that I got a text it was declined. .I cant locate that text, I must have erased it thinking all would be fixed. There is no documentation other than the fraudulent charge on my credit card. When I contacted Nucentix they told me since I contacted my bank they would not speak to me again or allow me to return the guaranteed items. She said that it was my fault for reporting fraudulent charges so I couldnt return any of the products. ******** credit card has denied my dispute twice. No reconciliation from them, they just let the fictitious charge go back on my card. I want all my money back from Nucentix for their fraudulent *********** am happy to return their products, 4 bottles unopened, in the original packing!Business Response

It is clear that this customer misunderstood her order. On June 7th, she placed an order for 4 BOTTLES of our product for $39.95 EACH. This was clearly stated at the time of purchase. This is not a fraudulent charge as the customer claims. We provide multiple ways before and after purchase to contact customer support and would gladly have answered her questions and provided assistance. She did not reach out for help, instead she disputed the charge while gladly accepting delivery of the shipment on June 20th, as can be verified by the tracking she posted in her complaint. When she finally did contact us, it was not until July 12th, after she lost the dispute based on evidence we provided her bank. The interaction on that date, as she claims it, is false. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This is all I requested from this business. My ******** credit card alerted me immediately via fraud alert text .& action was taken immediately to stop the charge. Yes, I waited for my bank to resolve the dispute which unfortunately not in favor, By that time I received the item (s that I had not ordered) & I told the bank I would return 3 extra items & pay $39.95 free shipping included. They told me to contact the Company for returns. At that time I called, the Nucentix cs *** told me exactly as stated in my complaint & refused option of ANY return. I did not say I didnt order from Nucentix, but this was NOT my order. Why would I order 4 bottles if I didnt know if one worked.
I WILL HAPPILY RETURN this order. ****** learned! Ill eat the cost of postage because I should have known better than to order from a internet ad. I sent the product back, I paid postage & tracking & in person delivery only. and now the supervisor is LYING claiming that I only sent back a partial order! This is not true. I sent all of the unopened containers back and in the original packaging. It was stated to me by the *** that they confirmed receipt of all 4 bottles on Tuesday Sept. 2 Also , Weight from postal service will confirm NO items were missing. In addition the supervisor stated furthermore they refuse to give me my money back now saying something about the refund period has ended. I have done everything theyve asked. They asked for a copy of the dispute resolution from my bank which confirms my card denied my dispute. I sent that to them immediately on 8/27/25 I waited till this week Tuesday Sept 2 to contact them to give them time for processing and now they refuse to do anything for my refund now they have the product AND my money.! I also contacted them wed sept 3 & today Thurs sept 4. Today is the 1st time I was able to talk to a supervisor. At which time my statement above is the exact statement I was told. Please help!! This place is a total rip off. They are illegally, fraudulently stealing from people. We are sorry to see that there is additional miscommunication regarding this clients account and appreciate the chance to clarify our position. Here is a recap based on our ********** customer originally ordered from us on June 7th and proceeded to immediately dispute the order on June 21st without contacting us to discuss any concerns. Since the items were successfully delivered, we provided the bank with proof of the transaction and delivery. The bank reviewed the evidence, confirmed the legitimacy of the purchase, and resolved the dispute in our favor. Following this action, the customer then decided to file a ******************** complaint against our company. Again, without returning the items or reaching out to us for a resolution. In the customers complaints and communications with us, after dispute and original BBB message, the customer has repeatedly admitted to placing the order and misunderstanding the pricing, while also being upset about the billed amount. However, her statements have been inconsistent, alternating between claims of fraud, and frustration over the order details and billing amount. Despite her repeated criticisms of our company, we did extend an offer for a return and refund if the order was returned in original condition. Upon delivery, our warehouse reported that two bottles were unopened, while the other two were disposed of and not in resale condition. I did not personally inspect the return but rely on the warehouses assessment. They have no visibility into customer interactions and have no incentive to misreport the return. Its important to reiterate that the customer retained possession of the order for over two months before initiating the return. Well after the bank dispute was closed in our favor and the original BBB complaint was addressed. Keeping the order in her possession is very questionable behavior given her complaints. Throughout this process, we have acted in good faith. We have provided evidence to the bank, offering a return option despite no outreach from the customer, and handling all matters based on factual documentation. Its very unfair that the customer continues to spread inaccurate information, exhibits dishonesty in her explanations of the transaction and continues to make demands for refund given these circumstances. We remain committed to honest dealings and still would like to achieve an amicable resolution. I received an email from Nucentix that my old card was credited with the full amount for my purchase. Im not sure if its an automated email but they requested return of the product which, of course I have done.
I called my credit card company to find out if it would be credited properly since that card number was closed at which time customer service verified the credit to my account listed as pending & advised me to wait (1-2 days) to close the case with you until the credit is actually posted to my account. Therefore , I will acknowledge the payment as paid in full & close my case as soon as it posts to my account.
I do want to add that the respondents reply was not truthful at all about the sequence of events, nor the information told me during my repeated calls to their company. I know thats probably not relevant at this point but I want to make that clear.

Company played a fake AI video related to lung health and stated they would charge $39 for 3 bottles of a lung supplement that would cure lung issues. In April of 2023, I received a package at my home of keto gummy vitamins from Nucentix, ******************************************. I had no idea who they were and had never ordered anything from them.******* alerted me the next day, by text and by email, to potential fraudulent use of my debit card. I, of course, denied making these purchases. KeyBank responded by crediting my account in full, canceling my debit card, and providing me with a new debit account.A few weeks later, *******'s fraud investigation department informed me that they were removing the credit from my account as ********************** had provided them with an email and phone number that were connected to me. I had never seen or used either that email or phone number in any way. They are not mine.We have spent months disputing this charge with KeyBank and with Nucentix. If you would like to also pursue this with KeyBank, Gmail, or ******** we would welcome your assistance!KeyBank refuses to look at this any longer. Nucentix assured us repeatedly, by phone and by email, that they would refund us in full, despite their deadline for refundable returns, as long as we provided them with our resolution letter from KeyBank. We did so and then returned everything to them in exactly the same condition as it had been received -- just as they had instructed. I spent $20.82 to ship it to them with full insurance and I have *** proof of delivery.Now they are saying that because the return arrived outside their refund eligibility window, which they knew it would, they are unable to process the promised refund.My husband and I are justifiably IRATE. How can we be scammed by someone's unauthorized use of my debit card and get absolutely no relief? I'm not the only person who has reported Nucentixs unethical business behavior to the BBB. This customer ordered on April 10th, 2023. Without contacting us for any assistance, she filed a credit card dispute for the full amount on April 24th. At that point, we provided the bank with details validating the orders and won the disputes. She then contacted us on May 15th to return the order for refund. We gladly accepted the return request and assured her that we would arrange refunds since it was within our 60 day money back guarantee. The customer did not return product to us until the end of October. Five months after our original discussion and acceptance of return for refund. She then called demanding refunds on November 12th that were no longer able to be provided. I am rejecting this response because their statements to you are FALSE & MISLEADING:1. I never ordered this or anything else from them. The email and phone number they claim are mine are not mine and never have been.
2. It was my bank that initially alerted me to the fraud and contacted Nucentix to dispute the charge on my debit card.
3. There was no promise made by me in May to return anything.
4. We had several months of interactions with our bank regarding this issue. That is why it was several months until we had no option to have our money returned other than to ship the product back to Nucentix.
5. It wasn't until late October that ****** at Nucentix gave my husband specific instructions to provide a resolution letter from ******** and that, upon Nucentix's receipt of that letter, we could return the product and receive a full refund. ****** had all of the details of this matter and knew full well that the 60-day money back guarantee period had expired months before.
6. Following this, ****** at Nucentix ************* confirmed via email, "please let me know when the order has been returned and provide me with an unopened bottle count and tracking number. Once verified, I am glad to issue your refund the same day to expedite the refund process." She also had full awareness of the timing of the return.
Please read carefully through all of the documentation that I have provided. You will see that we complied with everything we were asked to do -- including shipping the product back to them at our expense -- and they have now failed to uphold their end.
I also believe that if you look through other BBB complaints about this company you will find a number of other very similar complaints.

While we acknowledge the customers complaint, I must reiterate that she filed disputes without returning any product before entering into any conversations with us. We fought the disputes and won, which means the credit card company had sufficient evidence to believe that the orders were not fraudulent. She even admitted ******* wont provide her additional help. Once she contacted us, we acknowledged the situation and offered a remedy.
The customer then chose to not return any product for refund until she was forced to do so, nearly 6 months after our first discussion. Again, far outside of our
money back guarantee. We were kind, offered assistance and did everything we could for this customer during our original conversations. We should not be

Again, THIS IS A FALSE ACCOUNT OF THE EVENTS IN QUESTION. Regardless of the findings of KeyBank, which have now been reported to the *** as a case of Identity Theft, there was no communication promising a return of the product in the months immediately following their shipment to me. It took months for KeyBank to make their determinations. It wasn't until after my husband had several phone calls and emails with Customer Representatives from ********************** (noted in the documentation already provided to you) that they agreed to refund the purchase price. Their requirements were that we:
1. Provide them with a copy of *******'s final determination letter, and
2. Return the package with all contents to them.
We complied in a very timely manner with the expectation that they would honor their agreement to process the refund. Again, please see the emails and other documents we have already provided -- you will see that they had all of the information about this order and AGREED TO REFUND US IN FULL, REGARDLESS OF ANY RETURN WINDOWS!

This customer placed her original order back in June of 2023. All order details passed our very strict credit card processing requirements and her account has been billed for product normally since that date. We have sent three orders, with confirmation emails, and have not had any contact from her until now. Given the circumstances the customer claims, we are happy to resolve this account amicably, but we were given little time to properly review or arrange refunds. Additionally, the customer received shipments from us that were never returned or acted upon in any way. We had no reason to believe that this account was fraudulent and don't believe that it is. We called the customer this morning and she would not discuss anything with us to find a resolution. We were told "it was a bad day and to call back another day". She also claimed to not know who we were even after given the company name and mention of her complaint. on 6/25/23 i ordered 4 bottles of the keto gummies from nucentix order # ******AAC7. they were shipped 6/29/23; delivered 7/1/23. i called nucentix c/s at 855-208-9453 8/2/23 to request a refund as i was exactly the same weight as when i started. they refused a refund as they said i had not finished all the products yet based on their calculations. I finished the products and called back Nucentix c/s 1/855-208-9453 9/15/23 to request another refund - again as i was the same weight as before i started taking the gummies. i was told no again as i was outside of the 60 day refund period that ended 8/24/23. I verified with the c/s rep that i called WITHIN the 60 day refund period and was denied a refund then as well and asked what my options were given i did what they said to do only to be told no again. they advised nothing but to say NO REFUND. i want my money back. no apology - just my money back. i will not be scammed.Business Response
