1 starBought a shed with a loft. I had to cut down my fence post to 3". The dealer said this was so the shed could clear. I did that. Was told to level the area. I put down concrete pads, sand and gravel. Tge driver shows up and drops the shed in the street. He procedes to drag the shed into the backyard. They dont put the backend on wheels. (Was told this is their process) Tearing up my yard all the way back. The shed caught on the post and tore that out. The equipment he used spun the tires several times tearing up more yard. When he set it in place he pushed it into place. Tearing up the level pads. Overall bad experience for a $3000 shed. The manager said he would re seed and give me $200 for damages.Never happened. Be aware of their "process" if you value your yard and property....Review fromHeather R

1 starI contracted to have a new shed built back in October, 2024. Almost immediately after the start of construction I started keeping a list of quality issues for them to fix. These issues were communicated to them on several occasions, but nothing was done to fix them. Then in July of this year, 10 months after starting the construction, my credit card was used by Tuff Shed without permission to pay the final payment. In their contract it states under section 12 that the last payment is due ONLY after all outstandings issues are resolved. By doing this they violated the term of the contract. At the time of writing this review my money has not been returned nor do i have a finished building. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are willing to break the law to get paid.Review fromAnMarie D

1 starIf I could have given zero stars I would have. I purchased a tuff shed from REMOVEDon 27 July 2025. I got an appointment for the shed to be installed on 18 August 2025. The installers came out and partially installed the shed. The doors, ramps, and back windows were not installed because they ran out of time and it was raining. So, I had to get another appointment for them to come back out to install the back window, ramp, and doors. That appointment was scheduled for 25 August and it was fine due to the weather on the 18th of August. The installers came out and put in the back window and the doors. I got a call saying they were missing a piece for the ramp and they will be back out that week. No one came out and I was left waiting for a response from Tuff Shed. I got a text message scheduling the next appointment for 4 September. At this point what choice do I have but to accept the appointment. Fine, I got another text message saying the installer truck broke down and was unable to come out on the 2nd of September. I text back and said you scheduled me for 4 September not 2 September and I got no response. Just crickets!!! Then I got an email saying my shed was completed and thanking me for my business. I reached out to Tuff Shed and of course they are sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused me and I was told they would get in touch with their manager and have him call me. I never received a call from the manager! Instead of the manager calling me I got an email scheduling me for 17 September. So, now here I go having to wait another week for my shed to be completed. This is absolutely ridiculous because I paid over $10,000 for the shed. Why do you all at Tuff Shed treat your customers like this? I am highly disappointed and angry with Tuff Shed. I will not be recommending Tuff Shed to anyone in the neighborhood. Thank you Tuff Shed for all the stress you have cause me with the installation of my shed.Review fromKarlos A

1 star5 months and they just now submitted and paid for the permit. Lord knows when it will actually be finished. Actually unreal how trash this company is. They don't answer calls and keep making excuses. "I don't know why the engineer didn't submit the payment" to "Dob payment system was down" for months??Now apparently engineer is on vacation. 0 calls answered or returned. ITS A SIMPLE SHED WITH NO EXTRAS. Nothing built inside either.Stay away from this companyReview fromErik A

1 starBUYER BEWARE I paid around $3,000 for my shed. One of the two guys building my shed was retiring, and the other was quitting. I found out this was their last job. It was weeks after my shed was built when I noticed shingles were missing. I reached out, and they told me the shingles didn't adhere properly. They came out and replaced the bad shingles for the first time. Within a few more weeks, the shingles were missing once again. I waited until the following Spring/Summer to reach out based on their reasoning. The following Summer, they came back out to replace the shingles once again. This time they told me they got them on extra good. It was less than a month the same shingles were missing. At this point, I was getting super frustrated. $3,000 for a bad roof. The next time I reached out, they were debating redoing the whole roof. I said, "please do so, I don't have to bug you guys anymore." Of course, they didn't, and they only replaced the bad shingles once again. And once again, the shingles blew off the roof. Now they are saying I'm out of warranty, and they can't help me anymore. I have to pay out of my own pocket to fix a problem that was never fixed. I can't say all Tuff Shed locations are this terrible, but stay away from Tuff Shed in REMOVED, REMOVEDFor the money I spent, I would not recommend them, and they've made this a terrible experience for me.Review fromKiya I

1 starThey start to put up the frame for the residential door and its not aligned with the walkway. So my husband goes out and informs them that we were made sure it was going to be aligned with the walkway. We do and theyre like I think it was the cement contractors fault (trying to put it off on someone else) No its whoever measured & drew up the dimensions, nothing was wrong with the cement. Tuff shed drew the incorrect measurements or the contractors placed the door in the wrong spot. the door jam had a huge gap in it. Forgot paint so theyll had to come back. They kept sending the email saying they were finished and I needed to sign but they werent finished so I wouldnt sign. On the email 2 vents were listed. kept calling and sending the same email I said we were charged for vents yet the vent havent been installed. The contracted said they would be back to install but came back to fix something else they messed up. They asked if I wanted a refund for the vents or did I want them installed. What do you think? Let me not forget to mention they left so many nails, big & small buckets of paint, 2 pallets for ME to dispose of. At this point in the project they have came back 8 times or more. Theyre harassing me to sign the paperwork sayut paying my balance that they just sent me. And then I get a pink notice stuck to the front window of my house for everyone to see while out of town for a funeral. I come back and the notice is for a violation from the city because they didnt have an inspector come out and check the foundation prior to pouring the cement. I reached out the they with the inspectors contact information. They reached out to him saying someone was going to be in contact but of course he hasnt heard anything and surprisingly enough I havent heard anything else from them since I notified them. Keep in mind they were literally contacting me everyday. The inspector reached out again and said he hasnt heard anything and the at we should seek attorney.Review fromLuther M

1 starMy experance wit Tuff Shed has been less than great. The appearance of the shed appears great but it goes down hill from there. When I ordered the shed everythig seemed okay, but in hind sight there should have been an onsite inspection. Then there should have an explanation of what you shoud expect in regards to appearanceof leveling, the need for ramps and gaps at ground level. That is part of the communication issues that I have I did not know who was in charge of my order, who to complain too. I did talk to five or six different people some for out of state and some that would not talk in person they would only REMOVEDissues are loose roof panels, loose side panels, loose floor panels, and no flashing at door opening. Other complaints are the floor seems weak and the side panels should be made of thicker material.Review fromChris P

2 starsI purchased a barn style 10x15 tough shed from the REMOVEDbranch, due to weather initial installation rescheduled. The salesperson at the REMOVEDstore was nice and helpful. After returning home to my built shed it was some of the poorest build quality, heads of nails sticking out, at least 50% of the nails attaching outer board to 2x4s were clearly a miss, One roof truss was at an angle top to bottom about 5 in off, a 2x4 with split large enough to stick your pinky in. After making a phone call they were willing to send someone out for the repairs, and they did... Roof truss was straightened but not faced up to roof boards, clipped off the protruding nail heads but added none where they missed, the three or four nails that they possibly replaced on the outside the used gray paint on my blue shed for touch up. Very upset with the build quality. I think for $8,300 I would expect a little better. I would not recommend. I will be going higher up in the chain of commands for a discount on my remaining balance..
