    I have had an amazing here at **********************. Since ************************* has taken over, I have had a wonderful stay. ******* and ******** are wonderful and very professional. I have no problem getting issues resolved. It is a pleasant atmosphere here, which I love. I also liked *****, when she was running this place. Please keep up the good work.

    Silva Markham Partners is the WORST property management company I have EVER dealt with! I am a current resident at ******************** in ******, **. I cannot get an answer on if they will renew my lease! I am so frustrated with the lack of communication from their office staff! Nothing but radio silence from them since I turned in my renewal offer letter!

    I just wanted to add something to my previous review about the point crossing apartments is that when you complain about something to the manager she doesn't do anything about the complaints especially the marijuana smells in the building cause I have a family member that lives there and the manager is aware of this especially on the upper floors and she can fix it in 2.5 seconds and then it reappears again as if the manager knows who's doing it and it just sits on deaf ears. We have visited our family member there we smelled it on the 4th floor mainly and have made numerous calls and we would smell it different times and late hours of the night nothing got done just the run around and this is supposed to be a smoke free building according to my family members lease just know the building has been there for less than 6 months but hopefully changes are made and something turn around for the best cause the manager over there does nothing about anything just a bunch of talk no action even if you email her.

    Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. My elderly, handicapped aunt who lived in independent living at *********** in ******* but had to transfer to an assisted living facility due to poor health, has been trying to get a refund of the half month's rent that is owed her from January - roughly $700. We have called repeatedly about this on her behalf. It does not matter who you speak to or leave messages for-- *****, **** or ***** -- no one knows anything or returns phone calls. This has been going on for months. I shudder to think what happens to elderly people who do not have an advocate to lobby on their behalf. Just left another voicemail for ***** which I am sure will not be returned. Probably time to call a lawyer. Would leave 0 stars but otherwise cannot post.

    My sincere apologies for the delay in refunding the prorated rent amount that was pending. We had a change of accounting software and the additional refund for some technical software reason was not transferred to our new system. The staff at Golden West did send the corrected information about two months ago, but we, at the corporate office did not notice the additional refund until now.

    The additional pending refund in the amount of $782.42 is being ***** overnight to the address in file, and we will be adding an extra $200 (in a separate check) as compensation for the delay and the inconvenience your aunt has been going through.

    I've been living at Autumn Lake for 6 years. I only stay because of the cheap rent. The place is filthy, inside and out. It's often infested with bedbugs or roaches. They do not clean the hallway/stairs areas. There's garbage and animal f**** on the floor. The washers and dryers in the laundry room haven't worked for over a year. Out of 24, only 4 machines work. Children run unsupervised in and out of all the buildings and vandalize the halls. There's no one to ask for help with anything. It's just the old run-around. Always someone else's fault! I'm moving soon. Now they're raising rent from $900, to over $1400! This is a joke!

    We do have a property in ******** called ************************* and we do have vacancies in case you consider moving out of the mentioned property.

    My sincere apologies to *************************. The *************************** company is now ************************** Everything I said is the same as I wrote before. I have pictures if you'd like, of the halls and stairways, tenants that can agree of the condition of the place, and I will be happy to check each washer and dryer. Only 4 dryers work, I believe. Maybe a few more washers. Having to rewash and redry clothes should not come out of my pocket. I didn't break them. I have no vehicle, but if Avail would like to pay for an Uber to get me to the laundromat, I would be fine with that. The machines have been broken since last spring.I have a meeting today with management. If I am harassed in any way for standing up for my rights, we'll just go from there. I'm sorry but I can't afford to move!

    I currently live in one of their properties and have called them as well as my own property management to deal with a maintenance issue that goes against the warranty of hability here in ****** and have been given the run around by all of them. I would not suggest renting from any of the properties managed by ************************* especially not ************************************************.

    SMP acquired management responsibilities in the middle of November. Im not sure if that is recent to you but I delivered a Warranty of Hability letter to you folks in February of 2023. Blaming COVID is just a cop out for you not being able to withhold any maintance on this property and its crumbling. After months of countless calls and visits to the office you completed the windows on June 26th. That is six months after informing you that you are breaking a state law. I'm surprised you say that it is a "inconvenience" when it is the security of my home that we are speaking about. We are talking about the fact that I couldn't lock the windows to my unit to where anyone could walk into my home at anytime. I sincerely apologize to anyone who happens to even apply to live at one of your properties because of the mental abuse that comes with the lease you provide.
