  This is my first time being a landlord, and Nomad honestly made the whole experience way more professional and stress-free than I ever thought it could be. Before Nomad, the idea of finding tenants and trusting theyd actually pay felt like a ******. With them, it feels like a real system not just hoping some random person pays rent on time.They handle screening, filter out all the junk inquiries, and only send serious, qualified applicants. That alone took away half the stress. But what really sold me is how they back everything up with actual protection.The Guaranteed Rent Program is the biggest peace of mind you can get as a new landlord. If a tenant doesnt pay, Nomad pays me and then they go after the money. They chase the balance, set up payment plans, and I love that they will even hit the tenants credit when it comes down to it. It makes the whole process feel legitimate and secure instead of me being stuck trying to track someone down or hoping they eventually pay.Having Nomad in the middle makes everything feel organized, safe, and way more professional. I dont have to deal with uncomfortable conversations, late payments, or any of the stuff that usually scares first-time landlords. They handle all of that, and I just get steady payments and solid tenants.Nomad made my first rental experience smooth, protected, and honestly pretty easy. Id definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a professional system instead of stress and guesswork.

  Best experience ever from beginning to end. *** kept me in the loop every step, **** wrapped it up flawlessly, and ******* showed up with a camera in less than 24 hours. His photos were insane and up before I even asked. They handled everything from background checks, and applicant screening, to lease drafting all of it went smooth and fast. I especially loved knowing who inquired, and who applied. I had perfect renters locked in within days. Straight results. Nomad is the real deal. If youre on the fence about managing your own property, stop overthinking it. Youre in great hands with Nomad.

  We spent a lot of time thinking about whether to use this company, but every step of the way was beyond our expectations. Superb customer service from someone named ****. Great photos taken by their vendor. Lockbox worked beautifully for allowing people to see the house. The amount of information available to me online was amazing...I could see exactly who visited the house and when. The potential renters were thoroughly vetted and a lease created and we did it more quickly than expected.

  So far so good! We tried to sell our house this year, but when that didn't work out, we decided we had to rent. As first time landlords, we were nervous and not sure where to start. We wanted to have more contact with tenants but were unfamiliar with how to draft a lease, get our rental property out to websites, etc. We reached out to a property manager who recommended Nomad. They noted that with Nomad, landlords have a lot of say in how things are handled and Nomad offers a lot of support for the more difficult things in the rental process, but charges far less than most property management companies. Our initial conversation was with an investment property advisor (******** *********) and he was great - he explained the process and answered all of our initial questions. After we listed our property, we were in contact with a leasing coordinator (**** W) who helped us with all of the next steps after listing including updating us on applicants, advice on how to proceed after applicants are approved, and answering any questions we had on building the lease. He was super helpful and responsive and followed up with us to ensure we got the property rented quickly. So far, we are very happy with the platform, which is easy to navigate, and have a tenant placed. Would definitely recommend Nomad if you prefer a more hands-on approach as a landlord but still need some guidance on the logistics!

  I listed my property for rent with Nomad, and was able to sign a lease with a qualified tenant on the 2nd day of the listing. The process was easy, and everything was done online. **** was very helpful in pushing through everything so quickly. I would do it again.

  Very positive experience using Nomad for the first time! I was able to get professional pictures of my property scheduled in under 24 hours, had about a dozen showings in a week, and was able to get a lease signed and tenant moved in in only 9 days! **** W was very responsive and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Looking forward to working with him and Nomad in the future

  Very enjoyable experience renting out my home. **** was assigned and was very responsive and provided guidance when requested. The portal is easy to use and gives good metric targets. I will definitely continue to use nomad for my property management needs.
