    Very positive experience using Nomad for the first time! I was able to get professional pictures of my property scheduled in under 24 hours, had about a dozen showings in a week, and was able to get a lease signed and tenant moved in in only 9 days! **** W was very responsive and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Looking forward to working with him and Nomad in the future

    Very enjoyable experience renting out my home. **** was assigned and was very responsive and provided guidance when requested. The portal is easy to use and gives good metric targets. I will definitely continue to use nomad for my property management needs.

    I have had a highly disappointing experience with Nomad Lease in leasing. Despite their promises, the service has been fraught with delays and inefficiencies. Even worse the process for reviewing applications is painfully slow. I am unable to see the applications that have been submitted, as Nomad Lease takes an excessive amount of time to process and review them, their application process is extremely tedious and discouraging for prospective tenants. I have all requirements but they want a payment of $350. They want that a applicant has 700 score credit and my sister has 716. They don't answer anymore and just told me that need extra $350 for process our 4 applications. I'm starting a process refund about my 4 applications $35 per each one for a total of $140. I sent emails requesting that and now nobody answee.They require unnecessary details, such as pictures and details of the applicants' vehicles, which push potential tenants away.Adding to the frustration, their onboarding team has been incredibly rude and ungrateful poor customer service has been unacceptable.Overall, I regret choosing Nomad Lease and would caution others against using their services. Their false promises, inefficient processes, and overly complicated application requirements have been a costly mistake.

    Timeline & Support So Far
    You submitted your application on 7/23 at 10:45pm MT
    We followed up the next day (7/24 at 4:44 am MT) and helped you troubleshoot ID verification across several emails
    We also requested pay stubs, which hadnt been uploaded with your application
    After reviewing your full application on 7/24, we let you know a cosigner with a 700+ score or a Cosigner Alternative Fee would be required
    When we didnt hear back, we followed up again on 7/25, 7/28 (email + text)
    On 7/28, you replied that you believed your credit score was above 700. We explained that we use Equifax Vantage Score 4.0 your scores did not meet the threshold
    We didnt hear back until 8/4 when you emailed about this complaint
    We responded at 10:40am on 8/4 to let you know the property was still available and we could still help you move forward. As of 4:55pm on 8/5, we have not received a response


    Next Steps
    Weve made multiple attempts to assist you and are still happy to help you move forward with this rental. We just need a response from you. Please check your email and get back to us so we can assist you directly.


    We genuinely want to make this work for you but it requires a two-way conversation.

    We had a great experience renting out our home with Nomad. **** W was our implementation specialist and was extremely kind and knowledgeablehe guided us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism. From our initial onboarding call to listing the property and getting everything ready for tenants, **** made us feel confident and supported the entire way. He was always quick to respond to our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout the transition. Thanks to **** and the Nomad team, what could have been a stressful process turned out to be smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable.     Im so glad I chose Nomad to list my rental property! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. **** and his team stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and followed through on all their promises. The listing went live Monday night, by Tuesday morning I had multiple inquiries, and by Tuesday eveninga signed lease. The next week, the deposit and first months rent were in my account.I had tried listing the property myself with little success, but Nomad made the difference. They found a qualified tenant in under 24 hours and took the stress out of the entire experience. Highly recommend!

    I applied for a home rental stating I wanted to move 5/27/25. I was rushed into a lease for 5/13 then told 3 days before the move that it could be another week because inspection failed. I then had to pay my current landlord $300 to stay longer that was not refundable then was told i could move 5/14 so I was out of the 300$. When moving in there was a gas leak for 5 days behind an old stove even though it supposedly just went through inspection. 1 week later 5/22 i reported sewage back up in the basement where my child chose to stay in the home , it wasnt addressed until5/26. The plumber they sent had a jail mentality how he spoke to me like he didnt even want to come then turned out my hot water heater and they were to come the next day. When they were to come there the maintenance manager refused saying there was lightning outside meanwhile rain was pouring into the basement and still without hot water still refused. They said theyd come 5/28 someone called me I answered no one said anything, i texted them as I had been communicating prior saying I answered and was anyone coming? No response, I was going to call spire but they were closed and I have been without hot water and my child had to go to another family members home. 6/30 I texted again because they will not answer and the night on call person is rude and inconsiderate. This has been the worse half month and guess what rent is due again Ill be as swift paying them as they were to fix the issues in the home that still arent resolved I have missed 2 half days of work dealing with these ppl because it was noticeable that the maintenance manager had looked in my bedroom when he came in to fix the gas leak so I do not trust them here alone.
