    I entered into a lease agreement with ****************** in May of 2021, and this agreement was renewed each year until May 2024, move-out day May 16th, 2024. A security deposit of $500 was collected at time of move-in, and has been withheld for 60+ days past my lease-end. I would like my deposit returned to me promptly and in full.

    My leasing office never responds to anything. Recently I made a complaint about my neighbor who is for sure cooking meth and doing meth in his unit. I'm genuinely concerned about my safety and the safety of others

    I am filing this complaint due to the perceived intentional avoidance of me. This is stemming from a promise to be refunded by local by larimar, specifically the rise apartments in Denver due to severe maintenance inconvenience. From June to the end of August I was dealing with continual flooding and water damage in my spare bedroom and bathroom to the point where I was not able to utilize either of them for 2 months. When it initially started I went to the office and asked about being given a discount on rent or being refunded And they said when it was all taken care of they would come back to me with an offer. They initially offered me $300 which I did not accept and then they came back and said local by ******* were willing to give me $750. I asked that they follow up with them and meet with me as I did not think that was representative of the inconvenience I experienced. I have been reaching out since September asking to be updated on the offer and have been told more than five times that ***************************** is too busy with reports and have emailed them four times over the last 2 months to no response. I simply need an answer to if local by laramar has offered more for my unit inconvenience from ******* but have not been able to get a hold of them and when I go into the office they don't allow me to speak to them. I had also asked to set up a meeting to talk to them about what had occurred in my unit and have not been followed up with on that either.

    We have responded and been in contact with the resident. We have offered several different compensations for the repairs that were completed in their apartment.
