On 6/29, I parked in lot 16 for an event then paid $30 for all day parking Notice# TPDEN-******, License Plate# ******. I have made a dispute and instead of honoring that I paid my bill your company wants to say that I was parked in a different parking lot when its all one parking lot with no barriers or indicators that these are two different parking lots. I searched on ****** maps and compared addresses for the lot on my receipt and my citation and its the same lot. I happen to drive by the parking lot last weekend 7/4 to check if any indication were there and there was none. On top of that, playing phone tag and not responding to my emails in a timely manner. This is bull and fraudulent!! The fact your parking lot has reviews on ****** and Reddit saying this is a scam is means for fraudulent activity and should be reported to the police.Business Response

On 6/7, I parked at Time Park lot 16. I paid $18 for 24 hr parking. I parked for 7 hours, but when I returned to my car I received a notice TPDEN-****** for "never paying to park in that lot". I submitted dispute #****** with a picture of my pay stub. They acknowledged that I paid, however, still charged me $25 for "entering and using a facility that is not the one you paid to use." This is absolutely fraudulent because Time Park has two different lot numbers but in a combined parking lot. It is completely unmarked where one lot begins and one lot ends. It is fraudulent to charge a fee for parking in a different Time Park lot # than what was paid for because it is all one lot.Business Response

I parked in the garage located at ******************************************************* on May 10, 2025 at 5:21pm MT and exited on May 12, 2025 at 8:*******. This is an attendant-less garage, thus I accessed the website to make my payment via the provided QR code on the walls of the garage. I entered all the required information and was provided a screen which displayed everything good and cost will be $7.99 (weekend rate). I even received a text on May 12 around 8am that said my parking reservation is about to expire. After departing and waiting a few days, I was not charged but I had no idea who to call as there was no email or contact information. Today, May 22, I received a collection notice from ************************************** ************. I called and talked to an agent who said he was in ******, ********. When pressed, he admitted he was not in ****** but was offshore and he is not able to forward me to anyone. The only option is to submit an online dispute which I did. The garage is evidently owned or operated by Time Parking and they contract with ***** for payments. I am unable to reach either company. The collection **** wants me to pay $90. I do not owe this and did nothing wrong. I am more than happy to pay what is owed but don't know who to contact - appears they had a system glitch. I need helpCustomer Answer

On 3/30/25 I paid for parking for a morning event in ****** (1440/1498 *****). I scanned the ** code at the lot and paid for parking via phone. No receipt was ever provided. A month later I received an email stating that I did not pay. I responded and showed my bank statement that shows a charge from 3/30 that went through on 3/31/25. I am still being asked to show a receipt, but no receipt was ever provided as I paid by ******** attached bank statement shows that I paid $30.35 on 3/30. I am now being charged a fee of $97.00 and was given a notice on non-compliance. Where are receipts sent if a payment is made on site via phone? Why isnt my bank statement enough to prove that I paid? I would like this charge deleted from my account as I did in fact pay to park in the lot that day and was never given a receipt.Business Response

DYBN96 is my license plate number and I already provided proof from my bank statement that I paid to park in the lot on that date.Please notify me when the additional fee of $97 has been cancelled.

I paid to park in a parking lot at *****************************************************. I paid $20 for 24 hours parking. I arrived at 7:40 A.M. and left at 156. I received a notice. #TPDEN-178153 that I did not pay. I no longer have the receipt provided by the machine on the parking lot. I did not realize I needed to save that. I did respond to the notice and attached a screenshot of the payment from my credit card. I received an email back saying I did not pay. On top of the $20. I paid, they want me to pay $97 penalty.Business Response

One of our staff members parked at one of Time Lots' lots (***************************************) and did not receive a receipt. We paid for parking on Wed, February 19th around 1:30pm for a car with the license plate *******. Getting this receipt is super important for documenting purposes. I've tried calling ************ on 10 different occasions and emailing ************************************************* twice and have not been able to reach them. I continue to receive harassing message about me owing this company money for a parking ticket. Their collection agency is absolutely useless. I got on the internet and realized that this business has an F with the BBB because of how horrible they are. I am not paying this company a ****. All of the machines were off. I even tried to see if there was an app or an attendant to talk to. The guy that was there stated the machines were not working and to go ahead. A parking attendant LET ME GO. Consult with your staff before putting someone in collections! Get rid of this amount or you will be seeing my attorney in court for much more than $85. You all are ridiculousBusiness Response

Parking meter WAS NOT WORKING, Tried to pay with CC several times and even had another person attempt to pay. No Notice or signage was on the meter. Now I owe $80, what a scam company. how convenient to charge $80 for a $10 parking fee, especially when they can't even keep their equipment in working order. On June 23, 2024, me and my fiance parked at the time park location on 1265 *******. There was an issue with the pay station and we ended up double paying for our parking. I reached out to the number and email on the station and both forms of communication proved to be a dead end. When I call, there is no answer and I cant even leave a message because their mailbox is full. There was no other phone number to call so I tried to email and I got two responses on at least 5 emails to them Starting July 5, 2024. I was sent a reimbursement check on July 18, 2024 that was not the full amount of the parking charge. When I asked for clarification on July 18th, July 23rd, and July 30th, I have gotten no response, no follow **** or anything. This lack of communication is extremely upsetting. Dont park at a time park station and have a problem because they wont be able to fix it unless its taking your money.
