    My mother ordered a portable oxygen machine from this company. She purchased this product 44 days ago. She is disabled and says the product is way too heavy for her to use. It's not never been used. I called the company and asked about returning it. I was told that because it is outside of the 30 day return window that it is ineligible for a return. They offered to buy back the product for $400. I found this insulting. My mother paid almost $2000 and its never been used. I read the return policy on their website and it says the costumer is responsible for shipping fees and a processing fee of $99. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are 100% sure the product will work for you. Now my mom, who is on disability check is out almost $2000 and stuck with a product that she can't use. I'm disappointed in the poor costumer service of this company.

    I just ordered a RM Mini from LPT Medical today. **** ***** was the very helpful salesman I have had the pleasure working with in a long time. Iam 77 years old and have limited computer skills but **** helped me all the way.

    Aerials ***** was wonderful to work with in getting my daughter the best portable oxygen concentrator for her needs. She did all the work on her end fast so we could get the machine as quick as possible.
