      This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with , have gotten the runaround with no results. They took a memory and destroyed it. Would never recommend them . Don't waste your time nor money Lack of honesty and transparently

      Terrible customer service. They say they will make it right if you aren't 100% happy with your order but that's a flat out lie. They give you a run around for days and make it impossible to get a reprint or a refund. There are plenty of other good card companies out there with good customer service. Don't waste your time and money.

      I recently used Artifact Uprising to create a photo book for my partner and me to celebrate our anniversary. My experience had numerous challenges from start to finish.Initially, Artifact Uprisings website still showed outdated shipping info, which led me to reach out for updated timeframes. I never received a response, and while I waited, I missed a sale. However, a better sale began soon after, prompting me to move forward with my project. I spent hours crafting my book, but when I tried to place the order, the sale had ended. I contacted AU through chat, and was told Id get a response the same day, but it took a few days. Eventually, they agreed to honor the discount and instructed me to place the order, promising a refund for the discount amount.Unfortunately, after placing my order with Afterpay, I received an email stating that they couldnt refund the 20% because of the payment method, but offered store credit instead. I found this misleading, as Afterpay allows partial refunds. I declined the store credit and suggested alternative solutions. After several days of back-and-forth emails, we decided to cancel my initial order and apply a discount code to a new one. ** also provided free rush shipping to ensure it arrived by my anniversary.However, my order didnt ship as expected. Despite being promised timely updates, I heard nothing until I reached out, only to be told there was a delay with hardcover books, with no estimated resolution. My frustration grew, and I mentioned Id be sharing my experience publicly. Shortly after, the book arrived without any notification, though my account still shows the order as In Production. Upon receiving the book, I was disappointed by the print qualitythe photos were dark and seemed printed on low-grade paper.Overall, my experience with Artifact Uprising was marred by poor communication, lack of transparency, and subpar product quality.

      My photographer used this company to design and print my daughter's 1st bday photo book. I paid them an extremely high price to print the album. After a mistake on the album cover on the first book, they printed it again and charged me a discounted rate. The second book was the same as the first with the exact same errors. They then shipped a 3rd book which somehow had glue on a couple pages causing them to stick together and rip. The 4th book that arrived was finally ok. This company prides themselves on quality and producing high end products. This was the worst company I have ever worked with. No attention to detail, no quality assurance, horrible customer service and no money back after hundreds of dollars were spent. I should not have had to pay for the album at all after all the mistakes that were made. DO NOT USE THEM.

      I received a gift card to purchase my wedding album from Artifact Uprising and I truly enjoyed being able to easily customize my album. The design space is user friendly and once I got the album, I couldn't be happier. The photo books are high quality and well worth the price. To go even further, when we unfortunately lost our album in a fire, Artifact Uprising responded quickly to help me replace my cherished album. I will continue to recommend ordering photo albums from them.
