      I do not understand why you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get an answer with this company. My husband and his brother should be receiving mineral rights from their mother that passed. We received a call in May the first initial check will be received at the end of July and moving forward funds will be direct deposited. My brother in law received his check in August and we are still waiting for one. Now we received an email that our direct deposit was approved and my brother in law did not receive the same email. To call and ask a simple question you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get an answer. In the meantime, you have to hope they get back to you then. Thus company is terrible to deal with!!!

      Antero contacted me several years ago regarding a property I inherited from my mother that we didnt know anything about. They wanted to buy it and after much back and forth I agreed to sell this property to them. They assured me I would get all needed paperwork for taxes, etc. I called many times and was told they would get back to me. To this date several years later I have received nothing at all. Out of frustration I called the county offices in which the property was located. A lady in the clerks office told me they had numerous complaints regarding Antero and their shady policies after purchasing property. It seems they just dont care about their clients, ONLY about getting what they want and then leave you floundering on your own. Such an ethical way to conduct business.

      We have addressed the review from Ms. **** and have identified the previous correspondence on record with Antero Resources. We show that Ms. **** received a payment for her minerals in return for a Quit Claim Deed on 7/14/2022. Subsequent to the purchase, Ms. **** contacted Antero on four separately documented occasions and Antero responded to each request. ******* has requested that a 1099 be sent for the mineral purchase, but since this is a mineral purchase Antero is not required to send a 1099 as the proceeds are reportable as a sale of investment by the seller. We have informed Ms. **** of this detail, but she did not believe that Antero is not required to provide her with paperwork concerning the sale.

      Should Ms. **** have any other questions we would be happy to discuss them with her. As for the ********************* ***** we believe this matter to have been handled.
