    Worst car buying experience EVER! They use shady sales tactics to get the car sale and then when you call them out on their lies, they act like it was a misunderstanding. They told me they were paying off my old car when actually they didnt and I got a $6500 bill from my lien holder. *** had to deal with sales, finance, and service within the first 30 days of owning the new car horrible customer service all around (Including the managers Ive dealt with)! Buyers beware Alpine Nissan is NOT the place to go!

    HORRIBLE PLACE!!! ****, a sales associate, seemed nice on Saturday when I went in. Banks closed and we could get any answers and so I knew Id have to wait until Monday. I went in shortly after it opened and he told me he was working on it and credit was great so hed let me know as soon as he found something out. All day Monday I was jerked around and put off bc they were busy. Tuesday rolls around and for the third time my down payment increased! When I told him I could not come up with anymore money ($3000) he said I needed $3500. I declined. He then said he had an idea and wanted to chat for a second. I got off at 5 and he got on the phone and said my deal was ready. I explained again I just could not come up with more down and he hung up on me!!!! I have never been so disrespected for not having enough money! This guy needs to find a new career for sure! Ill never go back there!!
