I purchased a car from Alpine Nissan on 11/16 and traded in my old vehicle.During the negotiations I was told they could not lower the price more because this was a certified pre-owned vehicle (a ***). According to Nissan USA a *** must come with a 167 point inspection, and a limited warranty. I did extensive research on the *** program because I wanted the reliability and safety from the extremely thorough inspection and repairs required to deem it Nissan ***.During the purchase I had to tell them about a multitude of things that should not be on the car if it is a true Nissan ***. Additionally I requested the inspection report multiple times and got told we will send it by the end of the dayI purchased the car on 11/16 and was given a checklist with the vehicle info cut off. I asked for the full paper and they said they would send it via email while I wrapped up in finance and I never got it. The car sold to me has a broken windshield, multiple items that disqualify it from the *** program.I reached out for 2 weeks and was told someone will call you soon each time. I called consumer affairs for Nissan and was told it was never registered as a ***.When I told the dealer ** I was sent a fraudulent *** checklist that has wrong info and the wrong dates on ***** horn no longer works and the transmission whines. I am scared about what else will go wrong and I fear that I was scammed.I documented everything and kept all communication and documents I was given. I would like a collateral trade into a comparable true Nissan ***. I dont want to take advantage of the dealer, I just want what I was led to believe I was buying. Additionally they never paid the bank for my trade into and I am now past due on the payment for a car I no longer own. The dealer is no longer responding to my communications and ignored my request to pay the bank for the trade in.I can supply all the documentation needed upon request. Most is physically printed, but can be scanned.

I am rejecting this response because: Although they did fix the transmission and give me a warranty. They delivered my car back to me with a new malfunction lamp on. I reached out about the malfunction and they have not responded with the fix. Additionally they are not transparent about what they fixed. They called me and told me they were fixing a bumper. I never heard more about what they fixed on the bumper and it was not on the ** they gave me. They continue to hide information from me and do things in a shady manner until I ****** them enough for them to tell me the full story.

    Sincerely,
