Payment methods
A deposit of $100 is required upon reservation by debit/ credit card, cash or check by mail. This sum will be deducted from the final cost.
60% of the total cost will be paid upon pick up by cash, debit/ credit card, personal/ cashier's check, postal money order, money wire. This payment must be paid no later than 72 hours from your pick up date otherwise a late fee of $75 will be added to your bill as well as $25 per day from the 4th day. If you have provided a personal check and it was not accepted by the bank, for any reason what so ever, a $35 fee will be added to your bill.
The final balance will be paid upon delivery and prior to off-loading by cash, cashier's check or postal money order only. In the case of final payment by debit/ credit card, you must pay the balance on the day that your delivery ETA is provided to you by one of our representatives. There will also be a 5% service fee for using a debit/ credit card for the remaining balance which you can avoid by paying with a different method of payment.
Refund and Exchange Policy
The deposit is fully refundable should you decide to cancel your move no less than 48 hours prior to the pickup date or pick up window. You must email your cancellation request to your sales representative as well as to [email protected]. Eden's Moving Services reserves the right not to service a move at our discretion.
