After Mile High’s work is done we apply an iron clad 30 day warranty to our work and products. If you are unhappy for any reason with the product that we have installed or repaired we will repair the problem or replace the product at no cost to you. And if you are not satisfied with the work we have done, even if it is on existing locks or other devices and we haven’t installed anything new, we will refund your money. Period.
THREE DAYS WARRANTY
Another aspect of our warranty program is the 3 Day No Questions Asked Returns Policy. Put simply this means that you have 3 days from the date of purchase of a product or installation of a product, work on a lock for instance, at your home to request a full, no questions asked refund. Request the return or refund within those 3 days and we won’t even ask you why. Just for your information we’re pretty certain that there’s no one else in our market that offers a locksmith warranty anything like that!
