    I received a gift card for a full design project (remote). I immediately claimed my gift card and chose a designer, ***** with a wait time of 47 days. I was upset an ASAP project was going to take that long, but I accepted it. On Wednesday the 20th, I received an email that my designer was no longer available due to high demand. This Saturday the 23rd I chose a new designer (****) with my husband when he was home so we should discuss it together. Meeting date was get for May 6. I was highly disappointed that my wait time was starting over so I emailed customer service. When they got back to me they said I have no project in my account and can't find an account with my email. THEY CLOSED or DELETED my project that was NEVER delivered or started and took my money because I cannot redeem the gift card again and now no one will answer my emails or request for a phone call. I have reached out via email numerous times, reached out on social media and it was ignored. SHAME ON HAVENLY - you need to make this right ASAP because at this point you have stolen money and provided no delivery of anything AND all of my time wasted of measuring putting the entire project and measurements together you need to make this right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I bought a mini-package at the beginning of September, promising the designer would start working on it in a week. Once I paid, that timeline changed to the project delivered at the beginning of October. I contacted the company, asking them to change my designer, but they said they couldn't because even though the website stated designers were available immediately, that wasn't true. I stuck with my designer and waited for October 4th. October 4th came around, and no project was delivered. I contacted them, and they just brushed it off, said the designer wasn't working with them any longer, and would place me with another designer to deliver my project in another three weeks. The project that was supposed to be delivered in one week would be delivered in 2 months. I wrote back that I wanted my assignment done immediately, but I still haven't heard from them.
