    Driver delivered an hour late and lied. Took a moving picture of an abandoned home (no pictures of the actual package) a block away from my home claiming delivered. Delivery instructions included:Before 8:30 PM- picture sent at 9:40 PM of deliveryRing Doorbell Leave on stoop Assuming the package has been kept by the driver as they texted I cannot access your home what is the code I live on a fully public street full of rowhomes, not a gated community. The track your package app does not work, and all support seems to be AI.Package is still missing 24 hours later and all attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a failed delivery and the poor service I have received in trying to resolve the ************** Issue Order #c175857445456145 / VH08MMQNNDN07X Your records claim that multiple delivery attempts were made for this package, which was ultimately returned to the sender. I must strongly dispute that claim. I have been home consistently since Friday, September 26, and at no point did anyone attempt delivery. No notice was left at my door, and no communication was made.Meanwhile, a separate order #c175857540194025 placed on the same day and to the exact same address, was delivered without issue. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects a lack of reliability in your service.Customer Service Experience What followed only added to my frustration. I reached out to your customer service team, only to be pushed back to the seller, who in turn asked me to follow up with your company. I was treated like a ball being kicked back and forth, with neither party taking ownership of the issue. This kind of service is not just inefficient it's dismissive and deeply frustrating.Your company is supposed to provide reliable last-mile delivery. Instead, your involvement turned the last mile into the most problematic part of the entire transaction. A delivery service that creates more problems than it solves cannot be called reliable.Requested Actions:Immediately resend Order #c175857445456145 to the original shipping address.Investigate and address the false delivery attempt claims made by your driver or ************* your customer service processes, particularly the lack of accountability and the practice of redirecting customers back to the sender without proper support.This experience has been entirely unacceptable, and I expect a prompt and direct resolution. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a clear update on next steps.

    I ordered an exclusive now discontinued item from ******* as that specific product is no longer available on the website of the company that produces it and was excited to receive that item until I got a text early yesterday morning that Veho Shipping was handling my order I was aware that theyre like DoorDash for packages so I knew I was in for an ordeal and I was right today while my order was out for delivery I got a text saying my package was 1 stop away then a moment later its suddenly damaged and the delivery person attempted to deliver the package with failure. Very odd I have sorted the issue of the missing product with Sephora but this is UNACCEPTABLE and not something that would be an oopsies, sorry its the delivery drivers word over yours and they said its broken sort of thing. Very weird and highly suspicious DO BETTER. If you find your order being delivered via Veho try and cancel it, save yourself the headache

    Multiple issues with packages sitting for days in local warehouse without delivery. Especially a problem with my HomeChef deliveries that contain meat and produce. Currently a package has been sitting in the Veho warehouse 30 minutes away in ******, ** for 2.5 days. I told **** to cancel delivery and return to sender if they cannot get it to me today by 5pm and they canceled the delivery. I've also had packages delivered by Veho reek of weed and left by the side of the road after 10pm at night. I'd like to remove my address from their company altogether so that shippers cannot use **** to deliver to my home.

    A item I ordered was to be delivered via Veho they try to deliver on Sunday and my office was closed. I figured theyd try again. They did not even try to deliver again according to their own tracking after two days I found where I could contact Veho and was told they tried several times and then sent it back to company. Now Im trying to get company to send order out again with a different carrier.

    On 5/7/25 I ordered clothes from **** in the amount of ******. I cancelled the transaction as I found out that the ** they were going to use, veho, left my previous package outside and I never received it. **** did resend my order except for one item and refunded me. To my surprise I got a text saying my package was delivered with a photo of the package outside again!! They were supposed to ring me and deliver inside of the building. In July I see in my account that **** reversed the funds for the package I never got I also tried to contact Veho and they won't respond. Can you please help me solve this problem.     Order #********* tracking VH48TWFADTDSCT, was expected to be delivered on July 13 2025, and It was not delivered, the tracking is showing delivery attempted today july 14 2025 at 8:44 am and still nothing, this order dosnt require a signature and I don't have a gate and non of my cameras showing any delivery attempted ? I tried to contact support via text but no response?

    I have my food from Hello Fresh scheduled on Tuesday's since I work from home that day. Veho sent me a text stating my deliver was delayed. I received a text from them stating I was delivery #** and the driver was on #**. This was at 9pm. I never received another text until Wednesday stating the drive couldn't find my address. I've had several deliveries from **** to my address. I informed them of this and they told me to keep tracking my delivery. My last delivery came in time and one of my frozen items was completely thawed so I doubt IF I receive my food today that it will be safe to cook. I live in ***** and temperatures are already reaching 100 degrees. I cancelled Hello Fresh last year because of deliver issues. i was hoping by now Veho would have gotten better but they have only gotten worse.

    My package was shipped on 4/21/25 with Veho with a tracking number: VHQ7HAHKH6AEJ7. My order arrived at my local Veho facility on 4/23/25 , and was then Out for Delivery as of 4/23/25 at 9:59am CDT. I was home all day, and my package was NEVER delivered. Then on 4/23/25 at 7:44pm CDT, I receive notification from **** that my package was delivered. They provided a photo which shows that my package is sitting on a wire shelf in their warehouse. I immediately reached out to support, and support informed me that it was mistakenly marked as delivered. The tracking then updated to Out for Delivery again on 4/23/25 at 8:02pm CDT. Support informed me that my package would be delivered with the next available delivery slot. My package never arrived on 4/23/25, and at 10am CDT on 4/24/25, I reached out again to ****. Support told me that they are unable to provide a delivery date or time, and that my package has yet to be processed to be scheduled for re-delivery as of 3:27pm CDT on 4/24/25. My tracking info still shows that my package is out for delivery as of 4/23/25 8:02pm CDT.
