            I called to find out if my payment date had changed, since I had a notice that it didnt go through from *************** ************ and then it did on 5/8/23 I was initially told by the manager **** that it was a month to month agreement; in April, when I called to inform SZ that I would be traveling more for work a new manager told me I was on a 6 month contract. The same woman informed me yesterday that:1) it was only a 3-month commitment that she assumed I wanted to have extended 2) the system made a payment in its own (not my glitch; moneys in the bank)3) she didnt want to waste her time and would give me the cancellation (I asked for almost 2 months ago)In that, my 5 sessions that I paid for were also taken (1 expired, the others taken with the cancellation but fully paid for with no refund)Im also posting this to ****** and Yelp - check out another place so you, reader, dont get duped by obvious absentee franchise owners that could care less, in the name of better health and wellness

            Hi ****! So sorry to hear that you did not have a 5-star experience with Stretch Zone. As owners who are in the studios and on the ground on a daily basis, we take these sorts of issues very seriously. In looking at your account, you signed a contract for a 3-month program with additional month-to-month maintenance, which was explained to you when you signed up, and that there is a 30-day cancellation policy on the agreement. Your agreement was frozen previously at your request. After it reactivated you had past dues, some of which were paid, and then after you requested that your agreement be cancelled (still with money owed to us) we cancelled it with no penalty to you. There are still 4 credits in your account available for use, feel free to schedule an appointment to come in. Thanks – *** and ****
