    Package was stolen on video by ****'s delivery driver and their customer service team told me to reach out to the merchant.

    If I could give this company a 0, I would. They repeatedly give me wrong information about my package. They put my package as "delivered" with a photo of someone holding it in front of the WAREHOUSE, then send it back to their facilities and mark it for redelivery. The next day, the put it out for delivery and AGAIN they show the same exact picture of someone holding the package in front of the warehouse. I wish ********* and other companies stop using their services. It is terrible, unreliable and impossible to speak to anyone about problems. I can see why this company is not BBB accredited.

    Delivery drivers continue to leave packages on busy streets when the delivery address of the business is closed. Of course they are whisked away by the curious onlookers. One star to open rating.

    I wish I could give them a 0 star review honestly. Have had issues with almost every delivery. Yesterday was actually LIED to by their customer service. A delivery was being made to a business after hours, which would be impossible - I alerted them that they couldn't make the delivery and was TOLD it would go back to warehouse and have delivery attempted the next day. Instead they delivered it, after hours, to the wrong door of the building to begin with (residential instead of business). **************** refused to explain why I was lied to, and did nothing to actually remedy the situation.

    **** is a terrible delivery service. They are very inconsistent with where they drop off my box. Instead of always dropping off boxes at my front door, they drop it off at other locations around my apartment complex. When I immediately report the wrong placement to customer service, they always apologize but say they cant do anything because there are no drivers in my area. How are there are no drivers in my area when they just dropped off the box?! They just give you generic responses and never remedy the problem. They claim they have high standards but I havent experienced that at all. I stopped getting Hello Fresh meals because Veho was so horrible. Now Im considering stopping getting Factor meals because they use Veho too. If you dont want to run around your complex searching for boxes and then carry heavy boxes around, I would recommend you stay away from ****.

    I have never had so many issues with package delivery as I have with Veho. There is a mistake with every other delivery and I do not understand how when I have specified instructions to the t after so many incidents. How can every other delivery service manage problem-free delivery, but they can't understand basic expectations like not delivering my HelloFresh box to the trash can in my apartment lobby? (It was stolen, naturally.) They have delivered to the wrong apartment number, wrong apartment building, outside the back entrance, and basically anywhere but the designated package room.

    We have a huge covered porch. Veho driver goes past our house six houses, turns down alley and puts Nespresso order on courtyard wall which had no coverage. Called d ********* there are sending $100 of coffee to make it right. Bad business model.

    I had a package from ****** shipped through this shipping company VEHO which I never have heard of before. My package supposedly arrived at the **** facility in my area on August 6th and was supposed to be delivered on August 7th. There have no new updates since. When I contacted them via text message, since that is the only way to get in contact with someone, they stated that my package was sent to the wrong facility, wherever that is. They were not able to give me any information on that either, which is strange. This company , based on reviews, has a history of not delivering and mysteriously losing packages. I would avoid any merchant that uses this shipping company.

    Worst company ever! Out of about seven deliveries, five have been late and two never arrived and were thrown out. I relied on them to deliver my HelloFresh boxes and they cant seem to get their act together. This is the worst company ever and I love HelloFresh so much and because of them I am canceling.

    Veho is a scam company. They are a shipping delivery partner to many large corporations that magically loses all of your packages. I have rarely ever had a successful experience with them. They will try to deliver at ungodly hours then lose your package. They refuse to take accountability when they lose your package and tell you they are working on it. They supposedly require their drivers to take photos of deliveries but it is rarely done. They will leave your packages in a random location and tell you that their app glitched and their drivers cant upload a photo. I am certain that this company is stealing packages and reselling them as a third party for a profit. Their illegal practices should be looked into.
