    Hello Fresh uses VEHO. You ************, ******* hub is the worst last mile delivery. I have very simple delivery instructions and they cannot follow them. It just speaks to how lazy you delivery drivers are. Ive even let the local hub know on many occasions but yet they do nothing to correct the issue. This has been an ongoing issue for months! My meals have even gotten stolen and have spoiled because they wont follow my instruction's!IF YOUR LAZY DRIVERS ARE NOT GOING TO FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TAKE THE FREAKING OPTION OFF OF YOUR APP. THEN I WILL KNOW WHAT TO EXPEXT FROM YOUR LAZY FREAKING DRIVERS!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. The delivery was a half open box from SaksOff5th and of course, the merchandise was stolen. After filing a police report, and the Detective said it was clearly stolen, sending Veho's Trust and Safety team pictures and the incident report, they're still emailing me how serious they take this situation - sure! And then asked me for the tracking number of the delivery. Funny since they were the delivery vendor and have the tracking number on file. DO NOT USE! TELL YOUR VENDOR NOT TO USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH STOLEN GOODS

    I ordered a shirt that was marked as delivered and was send a blacked out photo for confirmation . I immediately texted the useless support number and was told that my package was lost. I asked why was my package marked as delivered if you lost it? I was told to reach out to the merchant for a refund, which is completely unfair as I was waiting 2 months for my delivery! **** is a scam and I pray that businesses stop utilizing their services. There was no accountability on ***** part and now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Absolutely horrible!!! I dont know how they can continue to get away with stealing peoples packages!

    This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. They deliver my meals for my food delivery service and, even though they have been given specific instructions to leave my meals behind one of the pillars on my porch so it can't be seen from the road, they consistently leave it in the middle of my porch in plain sight of the road. I have even shown the delivery person where to put the package. I may have to cancel my meal delivery service as I can't stand this incompetency.

    Absolutely useless shipping app a lot of white-label schlock sellers are using to minimize shipping costs. It's all gig delivery people, the app gives incorrect information, nothing ever gets delivered on time, and no one is held accountable. Do NOT shop with any entity that uses this. The likelihood you will ever get your package is pretty slim.

    I was a loyal delivery partner with **** since 2022 and had consistently completed routes without issue. On July 17th, 2025, while picking up a scheduled route at the warehouse, I reported a missing package to the package counter staff. In response, a staff member became confrontational and used racially charged, abusive language, referring to me with the N-word multiple times in front of other staff.This was the third instance where I had been disrespected by this individual, and after enduring repeated unprofessional and hostile treatment, the situation escalated. I immediately returned the route and left the warehouse. Later that day, **** deactivated my account, ending my income source without offering any mediation or investigation into the incident.Ive filed formal complaints with the ****, ***********************************, and MIOSHA regarding the racial harassment and unsafe workplace conduct.Veho must do better to protect drivers from discrimination, harassment, and hostile treatment especially those who have been loyal partners for years. Drivers deserve professionalism and respect.

    This company was used by my meal delivery service. Terrible experience and finally had to cancel the meal service. The drivers would say they couldn't deliver because there was a dog in the yard - there wasn't, I have cameras, they never even came near the house. They would say we refused the package, which we did not, again cameras showed that no delivery attempt was even made. Also a host of other excuses. I will no longer purchase from any on-line merchant that uses this company for delivery.

    This is the worst company to use as a delivery service. Unprofessional, zero integrity, very poor customer service. I made 2 orders through ********* and both were delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted them with all the correct information they said they would redeliver one package but never did do not use this company

    I ordered from ********* and it seems like they recently started using this delivery company. I am very frustrated with how incompetent and ridiculous this delivery company is. They use contract delivery partners which anyone can sign up and become one, and I guess they do a terrible job screening applicants, because my package has been stolen by the delivery driver, as has countless packages from ********* customers have. We now automatically assume that if it's out for delivery by ****, it will never be delivered. My recent problem is that there has been multiple attempts to deliver my package and I have left delivery instructions saying that although the entrance to my home looks closed due to construction, it is actually not, and to look out for a house with a certain color. These instructions keep getting deleted on the app and online multiple times. My tracking shows that my package keeps getting delayed. Most recently, the package was out for delivery, and WITHIN AN HOUR, it's been marked as undeliverable because the driver had issues finding my home, which I think is totally false and that they did not even try driving out and delivering my package. I have video footage through Ring from my driveway to out in the street and I have never seen anyone drive by trying to look for my house to deliver to. In addition, the only customer support service is through texting but that has been totally useless too. I write in detail as I do now about my delivery issues with the company and I keep getting automated AI responses back, some do not even make sense. For example, I wrote in my delivery instructions that there is no gate code to my home but the support chat keeps telling me the delivery driver had issues finding my house because they need access to my gate code. Doesn't make sense right? If you find out that you're purchasing from a company that uses ****, cancel your purchase and avoid this delivery company for good!
