Don't use the business if you expect customer service. Limited phone hours, no weekend or after hours support. Been with them since 1983 and the service just keeps getting worse. The lock out online services and it is not possible to use account until they show up for work. Then they don't respond until they "have time" to do so. Business hours are between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday,and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. During business hours the Credit Union is available via telephone or online chat. The Credit Union also has a chat bot assistant that is available 24/7. id give it zero stars if possible. they dont know up from down. they cant adhere to dates, and dont know how to do anything. they ping auto pay accounts early, and incorrectly. they dont know how to cancel auto pay even though you complete e document signatures with receipts to prove it. they dont follow up like they say they will. terrible credit union.Review from Harold Y

I have been a member for 30 years. I disputed a charge on my Credit Union **** card.I paid $900.00 down on a service before receiving an email with a contract that informed me that a down pmt on the service was non-refundable in case of cancellation. I never signed off on the estimate and was not advised verbally prior to paying the charge that it was non-refundable.I cancelled the service because I felt they were not transparent with their charges. The vendor refused to refund the charge and when I disputed the charge, the credit union declined to help because I "signed a contract", which I did not. I have time stamped emails to show that the charges to my card were made before I received a full disclosure about non-refundable down payment. I am disappointed that the Credit Union of Colorado is not assisting a long-term member with a charge that was clearly made before full disclosure from the vendor. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Credit Union of Colorado Response

After TWO months of having an auto loan at Credit Union of Colorada, I have not yet received a monthly statement or the payment booklet I was supposed to receive. I called three times about the payment booklet, but nothing has arrived. I have always called for assistance, and the operators are very cordial, but nothing has changed. Have you folks seen you review scores?All I need is a monthly statement. Forget the payment booklet. Take care of your customers or you will lose them all! Discriminates against single people in need of a co-signer on a HELOC!!!! Apparently, if you are not married they will not even talk to you about a 2nd mortgage as a co-signer somehow needs to have the same primary residential address. So even though I have worked extremely hard to own my own home as a single mother, I cannot get an equity loan from this credit union simply because I am single?!?Credit Union of Colorado Response

Horrible customer service. Moved to ****** and have called 4 times and still cant deposit checks into my own account! Beyond horrible experience!!! Would not recommend this horrible company to anyone! I have never been treated so bad by a bank in my life. **************** is not professional. They never call back to see if issue has been resolved. -backstory- Husband signed check over to me. All our accounts are joint accounts so not even thinking I deposited it. Next thing Im blocked from my own account and cant deposit checks. They explained hes not on the account, I apologized. So here we are calling for the 5th time, #** in line. Guess we will see how many reviews I can write before they pick up. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone and if you want to talk to a manager your SOL!Hopefully 5th time is the charm!Credit Union of Colorado Response
