      I am reaching out to Jefferson Capital Systems dealing with a collection that has been placed on my consumer file. I am requesting that Jefferson Capital Systems present the original signed contract showing where I entered this transaction with them. As a collections agency, you are required to produce all original signed contracts, NO COPIES OR APPLICATIONS. I am also requesting that Jefferson Capital Systems produce their E&O Insurance Policy Number and their license to prove that they are in fact debt collectors they are claiming to be. I am aware that any documentation that is submitted that is not what I requested is considered fraud. I am also requesting that Jefferson Capital Systems produce me their chain of title showing the paper trail of where and when the debt was sold to them. As a consumer, I am aware of my rights and know that it is a violation for a debt collector to practice abusive, unfair, and deceptive practices. If ALL the documentation that I requested cannot be provided to me proving that I owe this alleged debt, this company is in fact practicing abusive, unfair, and deceptive behavior.       *** reached out and file a dispute with this company multiple times and have not received any documentation on mail with legal contracts that I have an obligation to this company and they have yet to remove it from my credit report.

      I'm depressed and suicidal after dealing with the unauthorized use of my personal information. Which resulted in this unauthorized item on my credit report. I sent letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me with sufficient validation. This account violates the ***** and must be deleted immediately because those are serious violations and I could be compensated for them.

      Fraudulent account was opened in my name at ******* Wireless. ******* sold account to Jefferson Capital Systems, who has since put a derogatory ****** on my credit report. This is not my account, I don't use ******* and haven't been a customer in 10 years. ********************************************* is now refusing to evaluate my identity theft claims and even worse refusing to transfer me to a supervisor or fraud department. And are attempting to extort $ from me to make the claim go away, saying i must pay $ before they will look at the file. I owe them nothing, account isn't mine, and I won't pay a dime to resolve a false claim. Want them to remove their false and damaging ******s from my credit report !

      They are reporting an old debt as a more current. And will not remove it from my credit report. This debt is far older than 2017, and should have been removed from my credit report by now. *** disputed this multiple times over the years and they will not remove it. There practices are completely fraudulent and they are bullying people by holding there credit hostage.

      I am rejecting this response because: it does not address my issues at all. It doesnt address the fact that the supposed debt is older than what they have listed and I have disputed it multiple times to no avail.
