on march 1 I ordered a blouse from Nap Loungewear for 109.00$ this includes rush delivery and price. I was emailed on March 1 that my order had been received. I have contacted the company 2 times with no response . I have called the number given for Nap Loungewear with a message saying no one can take my call. The message does not use the name of company. i believe I have been scammed. I paid with pay pal. I will contact them as well. On or about December 11, ***************************************** the amount of $325, Christmas gifts for my family. This included 2 sweatsuits and one cashmere sweater. Not having received the items within about a week, I searched for a confirmation email to check the shipping status. I realized that I never received a confirmation email, so I emailed the company to find out the status. After a few attempts, someone finally responded asking for my order number. I explained that since I never received a confirmation email, I had no order number. They were able to look up my order with my information and informed me that the sweater was out of stock. I emailed back right away asking them to go ahead and send the other two items and refund me for the sweater. Weeks later, after additional emails and trying to track the package through ***** after it was shipped, I received the 2 sweatsuits. However, I NEVER received a refund for the sweater, which was $200 of the $325. I emailed the company 9 times about it and got NO RESPONSE, and to date they have not refunded the $200. The phone number on their website does not work so I am unable to reach anyone with any method other than email.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 2 pairs of cashmere slippers with fur pom poms. The slippers arrived 20 days after order and the pom poms are completely flat. Poor quality. Order was placed, requested to be canceled, request was denied and now, over a month later, I still have no cancellation and no product.I am requesting:1) cancellation of order 2) confirmation of cancellation 3) refund I placed an order on 11/27/2023. My credit card was charged on 11/29/2023. I contacted them on 12/3 requesting that they cancel my order. They stated they could not do that because the order had already shipped. I contacted them again on 12/10 and they told me to be patient because the orders had recently increased. On 12/16, not having received the order, I pointed out that they had already informed me that the order was shipped, and now they were telling me it wasn't. I pointed out they should CANCEL the order. I have contacted them twice more, since then, and have received nothing - no cancellation, refund or package. This is involving NAP Loungwear. I purchased a Winter down coat from them in Dec 2022. Within a few days I returned it at my cost of nearly $20. It was cold so I didn't wait for a credit I ordered a second coat. I also had to return it for about $20. I usually return very little. These just didn't work. The products were good, no complaints there. I did not see the two credits on my card for months. I wrote to them many times and finally they said they were refunding me my money. I have an email stating this. Still no refund two weeks later. So I asked *********** to help me. They refunded me, and immediately, a week later took the money out of my account and said *** wants to see a tracking number for the returns. I looked everywhere. I didn't have the papers. So I found the two charges for the postage to return them, and went to the post office to get the tracking numbers. So this is the scam! They know many don't keep the tracking receipts, and the post office said, they only keep the tracking of anything mailed for 2 months. Nap of course knows this I'm sure, so they keep the merchandise you've returned and your money! I am out $400 including the return postage!!! I have stopped giving business to *********** because all they would have to do is research the company online and see that they act in a criminal fashion to EVERYBODY!!! They should have immediately given me my money back as I am an over 20 year patron and I have NEVER had any disputes over the years. Anyway, No credit company should allow sales through them to protect their credit card users.Initial Complaint

In August 2023, I returned a new, unworn product to NAP Loungewear. I was provided an address via email and was told to incur the shipping costs, which I did. I paid 13$ to ship my return to the provided address expecting a full return. NAP Loungewear returned all the funds but 15$ which theyre claiming is for shipping costs. They refuse to explain why Im not being refunded the shipping costs despite me bringing up that I paid shipping to receive AND return the product. At this point NAP Loungewear is committing theft.Business Response

The clothes ************************* purchased do not have free shipping, and we have incurred costs for posting, so we will charge a fee of $15. When ************************* proposed a return refund, the refund was not due to the quality of the product, so the return The freight needs to be borne by the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for shipping to receive the product and for return shipping. Im not sure where the free shipping came into play but at this point NAP is choosing to steal 15$ from me for a service they didnt provide. And its obvious due to the complaints and BBB reviews that this is a pattern for them. Ill never spend my money with them again because their behavior, product quality, and lack of communication is absolutely abysmal.

I placed an online order on Jan 16, 2023, my credit card was charged right away on Jan 16, 2023 for the amount of 204$ for the item that was listed as 'in stock'. The order confirmation email provided confirmation that the order will ship according to their estimates as stated on their website: from my email confirmation - Shipping:**** business days; from their website - Processing Time We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, product in stockUsually Ships within 24 hours and **** business days for transit. I contacted the business on Feb 2, 2023. The response was that they have delays in order processing and it will ship in 2-3 weeks. I contacted them again on Feb 24, 2023. They provided a tracking link that was not active (the item was not provided to the carrier) and originated in *****. Nowhere on their website they state that their products are made for order in *****. I was misled completely and requested to cancel the order and get full refund and said that I will initiate a dispute with my credit card company for nondelivery of good for which I paid. The business refused to cancel the order. They shipped the product March 4, 2023 (a week after I requested order cancellation and refund) with the tracking *******************************************. The order was delivered by **** on March 23, ********************* a damaged plastic bag. I did not open the order as I am no longer interested in the product. I contacted the business by email and asked to provide prepaid shipping label so that I can ship the product back to them and again reminded them about the refund. The ** instructed me to pay for the shipment back and only then they will issue a refund to me. They misled me too many times and I will not be spending any more money to resolve this. I emailed back stating that unless that provide the prepaid label I will not pay for the shipment and will bring the unopened product to the **** as not delivered. No response, it's a scam.
