      Ibordered a wallet for christmas for my husband he didn't t like it so I returned I have pictures of both the front and back of wallet they received the wallet and closed the return weeks go by I hear nothing so I contact them though email they tell me the wallet was scratched I never received the wallet back or refund or even any communication on the scatch

      On January 9th we have reviewed your return that we received in the warehouse and the notes from our team was that the wallet was scratched and used.

      Our policy is that it must be in unused resellable condition.

      It has been rejected and sent back to you. So you should be receiving it back in a couple of days.

      We cannot refund it but we can offer $100 store credit as courtesy.

      Pursuant to earliercomplaint ******** - ****** **** could not explaing why first two returns were rejected. Following their instructions After the third return, ****** **** returned the envelope package marked "Unsealed,Received Damaged", Without contents. Yet, the invoice , that was in ****** ****s packaging, inside the envelope that held the product. I find that suspicious. So I have no product to return for a fourth time, and no refund for this unwanted product they added to my original order. In summary, they rejected every bonafide return and now claim there was no product included with the third return. They need to explain these actions.

      On drcember4 I purchased a wallet for $185.05 with a 30 day return policy. When I requested a return they did not send me a return label. I created my own and paid $7.45 to send back. Kings loot return my package and did not accept it at their facility. I then wrote to customer service. They then send me another label and the next day said that my return had expired on jan3. Not even giv*** me time to send it back. When I tried contact *** them. They have an automatics email reply that does not help you. Just lees say*** instruction to start a return. I asked to speak to a real person and no one ever replied. Just junk emails. They owe me $185.05

      I ordered a wallet from Kings Loot, receiving the confirmation of purchase on 12/18/2024. I gave it to my husband as a Christmas Gift. Upon receiving it, he tried to put his credit cards in the credit card slot that allows easy access. However, the credit card was stuck in the slot and was almost impossible to pull out. Understanding that leather will stretch, we assumed that was the case and left the credit card in for days trying occassionally to take it in and out. When it would come out, there was glue on the edges of the credit card. It became clear to us that there is glue in the stitching which was prohibiting easy access to the card. I used the online chat function to ask Kings Loot for advice. I made 3 attempts to contact them this way and they never responded. There is no contact information on their site to help. I then sent an email to their online support link on their site, and also did not get a response. I then found a contact support email online (not their site) and was able to send them an email which their support team responded to saying they could replace or refund. They requested the order number and said it was on the order confirmation. It is not. Luckily I saved the packing slip and there is a number on there which turns out to be the order $. Part of their process involves sending a picture and explaining the situation. I received an email from them saying they would not approve my return as the product is used. They said I could replace it, which is not what I want. With no other options, I started the return/replace process. Once I put in my order number, their site says they cannot approve my return/exchange. This is the statement on their website: Includes Lifetime Replacement Guarantee (We stand by our product. Any issues, and we'll replace it.) ************ is disreputable, does not back it's product as promised and has no method to speak to customer service.

      I am rejecting this response because they said they cannot return the wallet because it is used and stretched out. In fact, we could not gt the cards to easily go in and out of the pockets in the wallet because there is glue in the stitching that grabs the card and when you do finally get it out, the glue is on the card. It is certainly not stretched out. We couldn't even get the card in and out it was so tight (in addition to the glue) and it doesn't hold the number of cards advertised. This alone should be sufficient to get a refund on my money.

      Then in their response, they said they were happy to help with a replacement. Just to check, when I used the link they sent, and uploaded all the images of the wallet. their site brought up a message saying that 
      the wallet is "Unavailable for Return". See attachment. And their email told me that all of their wallets have a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. See second attachment. So why are they making it so difficult to return the wallet? Nowhere in ANY of the paperwork do they give your order number (which they ask for in any correspondence.) I was lucky that I found it on a packing slip as it wasn't in the email confirmation when I purchased the wallet nor in any correspondence.  They also do not have a phone number for customer service. They only responded to me because I complained on one of their ******** posts. And the issue is still unresolved.

      Similar to other customers, very poor customer service. Site added an extra passport folder to my order and would not cancel the unwanted extra wallet. (Same excuse about their fast shipping department) I Returned it using their label package unopened and they keep returning it without opening the return and no explanation. ***** times and counting) send it back,again, today.

      I placed order Nov 18 2024. Received item Nov 21. My husband did not like size. Took pictures and received a return authorization from company. ******. The item was never used and placed back in original packaging and shipped back. Company received Dec 20. They are now stating they are refusing my refund because it was used,scratched and stretched. I have sent several emails stating item was never used. They refuse to believe me and are shipping it back. The item was in pristine condition when I returned it. There is no number to call to speak with a person. They are unscrupulous and dont honor their return policy. Its a big scam. Im upset because I dont want the wallet I just want my money back. Not including shipping it would be $99. Its a big game with them to wear you down until you give up,

      I am rejecting this response because:  this business does not ever offer refunds.  Their refund policy is a mirage.  The product was not stretched or any of the other responses sent to me when I challenged them on their excuses for rejecting my return. It is their objective to wear the consumer down and to never refund any money.  They blatantly lie about the reason for not refunding and will ultimately only offer store credit.  They are only offering that option because I reached out to the better business bureau.  The item was returned to them in pristine perfect condition.  Unsavory and unethical is the only way to describe this company.  I do not want store credit.

      I ordered a wallet from Kingsloot as part of a Christmas gift for my husband. When he tried to use it, he decided it wasnt big enough. He didnt like any of the other options Kingsloot had, so we returned it via *****. I got a call from ***** in **************** telling me Kingsloot was refusing my return package and asking if I wanted it back. They are sending it back to me currently and I will be again, trying to return it.

      I purchased a wallet for a Christmas gift. When the gift was opened my husband did not like it. Kingsloot says the return window was 12-23-24. I was unaware of the return policy. Most companies allow into January to return when purchasing at the holiday. Why would I willing purchase a gift if it had to be returned before Christmas. I simply want to return it. My order date was 11-21-24. If items are purchased late you also run the risk of not receiving the gift, the product not being available any longer and/or the sales price is not available. This is horrible customer service to have no better response than sorry. This is a $90 wallet. My husband did not like it. So I have an item not wanted. Exceptions should be made first returns during the holidays. Purchasing a Christmas gift only to be returned before Christmas makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

      On 12/15/24, I ordered a wallet that came damaged and tried to return product but never received the return label to make the return. After several attempts to make a return I only receive an email reply that is extremely suspicious (like a scam). There is no way to contact customer service by phone. Online customer support only provides a reply email with a dead end, meaning there is no way to pursue a return. This practice appears fraudulent. They advertise returns but make it impossible to make a return.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Like other complaints, I sought to order one engraved passport wallet. During the process, I went back to look at the colors. Not sure how, but another wallet was added to my card!! This was not obvious until after the ordering process when the confirmation showed that the charge was a lot more than it should have been. Evidently, I had accidentally ordered two wallets, one engraved and one not engraved. I immediately contacted the company within ONE MINUTE to tell them to cancel the one that wasn't engraved. They refused, saying they had speedy shipping and they couldn't modify or cancel the product. Then, I asked to ensure the receipt wasn't included in the package. That, they could accommodate. Their return policy is shady, and so is this company. I was intending to order a few of these for our employees but not anymore. This company is shady and has FAKE reviews which are now so obvious.
