I ordered a wallet online from Kings Loot. These are high end compact wallets. 3/2/24 Order: #****** ******************************** number: ****************************** Order placed: 3/2/2024 Cost = $129.00 3/4/24 Order was shipped.3/9/24 I received wallet but it was the wrong one.3/10/24 I requested customer service online to exchange wallet for the correct one.3/11/24 Kings loot responded with happy to help said to start process at return portal link.I tried repeatedly to use their online portal however it did not work.3/18/24 I requested customer service online again to let them know the site is not working. Received the same response. I tried the portal several more times hoping it would work but it did not.4/1/24 I requested customer service online again to let them know the site is not working. They sent the same response as before. Their return / exchange policy is good for 30 days. So, I have until the april 4th to get this resolved . I am not confident it will happen. I started to become suspicious of this company and did some searching online.Please check Trustpilot.com for Kings loot reviews. The echo everything I have experienced with this company .... Kings loot wears you down with their repeated tactics .... I wonder how many people just give up with them .... their customer care support is non-existant. What can the BBB do about this? Thank you
