1 star******. The dentist ********* is only in this for the money. He talks a good talk up front, collected my money $10,000 and the rest was all downhill. He promised to remove two older implants while I was under anesthesia during my 4 implant surgery. That was never performed, after he lured me in at initial consultation by acting as if he were interested in old implants becoming infected. He denied it, but it was documented in contract. Now he told me 10 months later that he would charge me $700 to remove.He is a unique dentist, as he does not examine inside the mouth. He works in ft. Lauderdale one day a week and commutes from ************ because of some non compete. After my surgery my lower face was all swollen and very bruised for two weeks. I have had a lot of dental work in my life, and never did I have bruises like this. He was heavy handed and rough. I finally saw him 3 months after my surgery. During that time of recovery the temporary that he bragged about upfront was painful and impossible to keep in mouth and I couldn't eat with it. I chose this office because it was 2 miles from my house and I knew I would need adjustments. Whenever I called for an adjustment, no one answered the phone. This went on for a month and when I got through to make an appointment, they would not show up or cancel my appointment. Finally, I drove to his office and the door was locked! They never told me they moved 45 minutes away!I COULD GO ON. AND **. LAST WEEK IHAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM AND HE HAS JUST KICKED A PATIENT OUT OF HIS OFFICE. he asked me why I was there( they do not keep charts). I explained why I came and he disagreed with me because he was confused with my last appointment. I told him the reason for visit and he told me to get out!You be the judge. I see in your chart notes that you were seen on May 8th and that you left the appointment feeling satisfied. If any new concerns have come up since then, reaching out to the office directly to schedule a follow-up might be the best way to get them addressed. 2 starsAfter I paid off my loan they have been giving me the runaround. You try to get a hold of him and it takes them days to get back to you. They randomly take weeks off work and dont notify their customers top teeth keep breaking implant failed said they wouldnt do another implant because Im a smoker even though they went ahead and did the initial surgery and everything to begin with. So now I only have one implant on one side on the top left side teeth keep moving and keep breaking. They talk to me about a real line and said they would call me about an appointment to get it done and have yet to call me.Renew Anchored Dentures

1 starHas been a nightmare from the start. Poor workmanship dentures breaking. Never able to Get the fit right. Gum damage. Pain from dentures. Unable to eat. **************. Now has been sold and expected to pay for adjustments. $50. For a small piece that fell out do to poor workmanship.Renew Anchored Dentures

Hi, Im sorry that there is a charge for your denture repair. In the past, we were able to provide this service at no cost, but the practice is now an affiliate owned by the current doctor. 1 starThere was and is no confusion! When I accepted the implants with ReNew, I was clearly told my visits, and repairs were covered for life. Reading these reviews, I can see I wasn't the only one duped. I made the mistake of thinking this company had integrity. I was wrong! I am not sure how often they alter their name, and claim they are a subsidiary, but after speaking with other patients, it appears it is an ongoing hustle.Renew Anchored Dentures

I apologize for any confusion the Lifetime Guarantee may have caused. In the past, Renew offered certain appointments at no charge, but the Lifetime Guarantee does not state that this is included. The guarantee covers the dentures and implants, but does not mention free adjustments, relines, or cap changes. 1 starI hired renew to do my anchored dentures about three years ago,I chose renew because they offered a lifetime warranty, now I need an adjustment and they what to charge me fifty dollars for each inpatient where before it was covered. 1 starI was not impressed. There were factors to where the implants could be placed where they needed to be and instead of discussing it with me they went ahead with the procedure. My guess is so they wouldnt lose out on money. I will be seeking legal advice as to whether to file a lawsuit.Renew Anchored Dentures

I also see you signed your Treatment Plan, along with the doctor and all of your consent forms for the day of surgery, so I am unsure where the miss is? 1 starI am a current patient, and I am having a hard time getting my insurance (MetLife) paperwork properly filled out. I have contacted ***************** of your corporate office numerous times and to no avail. This has been going on since May 2023, they are asking for 5 things on the explanation of benefits, 1. Name of treating dentist 2. Tax identification number, 3. Eff. date of tax id number 4. Legal name of tax id number 5. date of service. Every time Mr. **** provides them the information, they say that the tax id does not match the name of the treating dentist, on the form Mr. **** filled out and submitted to them on my behalf. Does Renew not share the correct information with their employees to fill out the insurance forms, are they hiding something? I would like to get reimbursed for a portion of the fees; I have paid. Please know that I am not complaining about the dentist. The dentist office is wonderful, and I am in my final stages and am just needing a little assistance in getting the necessary information sent over to *************************Renew Anchored Dentures

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Renew is not an "in network provider" like a lot of dental practices; we are a fee for service practice. This means we do not submit to insurance companies. The service we provide is elective by the patient, like plastic surgery. **** is an Office Manager and obviously has gone above and beyond by submitting this to your insurance on your behalf. 1 starIm totally upset at Renew they just up and left without any notice after taking $23,000 from me. I asked if the new dental office would honor the lifetime guarantee and they said no. I feel cheated because that was one of the factors that I chose renew. I feel that they owe me some money back if the other dentist office is not going to honor the warranty.Renew Anchored Dentures
