The classes and professors were great. My student success coach not so much. I never get full answers from her and if i question what she says she stops responding. I graduate in August after a long and hard two years of working full time and being a collage student. I messaged my student success coach ***** asking when we will know dates about graduation. I have family wanting to come from out of state and I myself would have to request off work. I was told they have a virtual graduation and if I wanted to attend in person graduation I would have to wait until July of ****. So CTU expects you to work you **** off for two or four years straight only to wait an additional year just to be celebrated for your accomplishments. You would think if you're paying 32 thousand dollars for an associates degree that it would include an actual graduation the year you graduated. I was going to come back to finish my Batchelors with them but after this I think I'll be taking my education experience somewhere else. Absolutely disappointing and, not worth the time for absolutely zero reward and huge load of debt.

I am a student now at CTU, and I just found out that all they want is our student loan money. I have used up pell ***** funds, so they put me on a payment plan so I can finish my degree, I checked my account yesterday and found out that when my loans came in I had $300 left over that they didn't send me. I called fianial aid and was told after 15 minutes on hold that even though my loans were enough to pay for my class they were keeping the money in case I run short. I have never heard of that before now. If that was the case why do they give the stipends? But now they decided to keep my stipend in case I need it later. I am looking for another school as we speak, I am taking my credits and go to a school that doesn't steal from their students.

I enrolled back in 2007. Everything was going great but then I got pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. So I took a leave of absence. When I came back from my leave of absence they no longer offered medical billing and coding. I only had a few classes left before I got my associates. They didn't tell me the class was ending or that I was going to have to pay to take a new course and that none of my previous credits could go towards the new course they put me in which was ********************** I didn't want ********************* but here I am $70,000 in debt and no degree to show for it.

So glad I got out while I had the chance. Please do not waste your time, their advisors are straight up sales people and they seem to care more about you enrolling just long enough to make you pay something. They are incredibly pushy and will not respect your boundaries, I had stated my work schedule and that while I am at work I have limited access to my phone and they still called me. When we did have set an appointment to talk, my advisor was often late. I have a very tight schedule, Im a mom and a wife and I have so much on my plate and I know that it is hard to get a hold of me but at the same time, I expected not to be called 3 times a day at work. I so badly wanted this to be it because intellepath is such a cool feature to have but none of this is worth it. Avoid for-profit institutions and instead invest in your local community college which ended up being cheaper for me long-term.

I enrolled in their online program. It all went well at first... I began having problems with one of the teachers not grading work and failing to respond to multiple attempts to communicate. I had attempted to contact the teacher to no avail and spoke several times with my "success coach" on the issue. In the end I had been ignored, dismissed, and failed the course without receiving even so much as a response from anyone. I was then told that I could not pursue my degree unless I paid to retake the class! This institution is 100% FOR PROFIT. Fast forward to current day... I am applying to other institutions to continue my degree elsewhere. As soon as CTU caught wind of this the phone calls trying to get me to return began. They call me no less than 3 times EVERY SINGLE DAY, including weekends. I have tried blocking the calls but they use so many different numbers I can't keep up! I've told them on several occasions what happened to me and that I would never participate in their program again but the calls never end. It is, in my opinion, criminal harassment at this point.

One thing that people should understand about being a student here. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They will lie and make promises about the learning program that, clearly now, can not be kept. I have a **** gpa and I graduate in November , I am not upset about grades. This is a matter of integrity and keeping your word. Stay away from this place at all costs. When you do have an issue, they will simply brush it aside and say sorry. No real solution or correction. This is simply a warning, do with it what you want.

I too will warn everyone off this so called institution. They had me take out a FASFA to attend classes but I was told I did not have the funds even tho my profile stated otherwise.I recently obtained a copy of my credit report with a negative unpaid balance of $1970.How am I being held accountable for a loan to a University where I was prevented from even earning any credits toward anything other than a small time shakedown which probably amounts to quite a bit multiplied by the number of people they run this racket on.

This school is nothing what I thought it would be. Mis-information, scheduling issues, communication absolutely sucks! If anyone asks, they certainly will not get a recommendation from me.

I recently attended the school. The school emails are unsafe job scams are being sent from other students accounts. I contacted the school they never responded which shows they dont care about their students. The school will hold your funds for no reason my time at the school has been a complete nightmare.

While you were able to connect with management in Financial Aid to amicably resolve outstanding matters, Technical Support leaders were only able to provide messages regarding the email spam you referenced in your review.
