I was working with my advisor on setting up financing or financial aid. While I was trying to figure that out the app had prompted me to do work in a how to be successful class that I thought was just an Tutorial. At no point did my advisor tell me I should stay out of the app or I would be charge nor had I signed a financing agreement.I checked that how to be successful class out once and wasn't able to move forward with financing or financial aid, now they want me to pay over $500 that I didn't agree to for joining the how to be successful class once.

I received an acceptance letter from CTU on September 22nd, 2022. My first course started on September 20th, 2022. I already completed 2 courses both with A+ grade. In October they told me that I needed to get my bachelor's degree evaluated. I sent them the evaluation on October 25th and received confirmation email that it has been received. Last week, on November 30th, I received a phone call stating that my international 4 year schooling evaluation does not meet the requirement of the Master's program. I already sent my degree and my course breakdown to the University prior to get the acceptance letter. They gave me the admission based on that. And now after I completed 2 courses with excellent grades they removed me from the program. I have been trying to reach the registrar office, admissions office and my student advisor. I have sent email and left voicemail but no reply from anyone. I have spent time, money and energy. This is so unfair. Even my student advisor told me that I am more than qualified to attend this program. On December 1st my student advisor told me she will talk to the registrar office and get this resolved but she never got back to me. And then I received an email that I have been removed from the program and since then there is no answer from them.I am really disappointed that they are ignoring me and not trying to resolve the issue. This is very unethical and unprofessional.

Hello, in the past I attended CTU but it has been years. I was getting phone calls from them trying to recruit me again. The calls came in everyday. I told them to remove me and I no longer want phone calls. I am now getting multiple calls a day and when I block the phone number, they use a different one.
