1 starWe have been dealing with Sunnyside Property Management for the past 3 months and it has been exhausting. Our move in date was missed due to some renovation issues. We understand that this is a problem that needed to be dealt with but we never neard from Sunnyside Property Management that move in wasn't happening. A month later we heard from the owners of the fraternity home that we are renting and the owners eventually got us moved in. Our lease contract was signed with Sunnyside Property Management, so we expected some form of communication directly from them. Ideally, this communication would be in writing. 2 weeks after move in we finally received a response from Sunnyside but they mostly just referenced the threat of a lawyer. We've tried everything to communicate with Sunnyside but they simply ignore you. If you call them, the receptionist says they are at lunch. They are at lunch at 9 AM even. Many emails have been sent without a response. A certified letter was mailed with no response. I just hope that future renters read this and save themselves from this exhausting experience.Review fromdavid s

5 starsMy family bought a building here in ******* last year, and being out of state, finding reliable management was a concern. Thankfully, a friend recommended Sunnyside, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. They've consistently impressed us with their proactive approach to addressing any issues. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable property management.
