    In the first 3 months, the water has been shut to the building ~5 times and my thermostat has been broken for a month without any repairs.

    I've been renting with Boulder Property Management for only one month now, and I'm already looking for a new place to rent because the house is not as advertised and their staff is not only unhelpful, but also rude when I've reached out for support. I cannot advise this enough do not rent with BPM. The house gets to 90 degrees during the summer, which seems like something a decent landlord would tell the tenants before signing a lease, given it's a considerable cost to fix; we've had to spent over $500 on AC units just to make the house livable (to be able to sleep at night and to not be sweating and lethargic from the heat during the day). There was also an issue with bugs. When I submitted a maintenance request, they said they would send someone, but avoided providing any timeline for a fix. I had to stay at a friend's house for nearly a week until it was fixed. The other day we found mouse p*** in the house and need to get that fixed as well. One of the bedrooms doesn't even have a real door it's just a curtain that separates the entryway from an unfinished/cobwebbed basement landing. This property management company really seems to just care about raking in a profit, doing as little as possible to provide decent housing to tenants.
