    WORST customer service ever!!!!!I'll be fair. I used them for 3 years.Call Quality - ok... not best, lags little here and there but for what you pay for, acceptable Features - Good - great features for basic business including ability to handle MMS which not many companies have SUPPORT - TERRIBLE - their level 1 support has nothing to offer... essentially looking at user manual with you... probably outsourced... . Their level 2, not too bad, they are nice and know what they are doing BUT you can only get to them after reaching out to level 1 like 10+ times... and they call you at random times... so if you're not lucky enough to answer, you're out of luck. Then they may email you... but when you email back that level 2 support person, level 1 takes over and gives you same copy & paste answer.... LOL I was mostly happy 4 star customer.. until last month.... Level 2 finally told me that they cannot / won't fix issue with OnePlus phones with latest update. They were honest & offered me a partial refund for it, which I accepted... we're good... :)Except.. after 3 weeks, porting my number, when I tried to cancel service and get promised refund, all h*** broke loose....- LEVEL 1 support refused to acknolwege that partial refund even though it was on same thread email they are using - Said I have to CALL to make sure there's no outstanding balance even though all plan is PRE-PAID - When I called, they put me on hold for 30m and I had to go...- When I reached out asking them to cancel, they said ok....- then they emailed me to say I have to call to cancel... - I told them when I called, no one answers - Copy and paste messsage ever since....They just turned a 3+ year customer who would have left them 4 star + I referred them to 10+ people into grasshopper hater! Good job!
