    Hi. I was not aware that I had two mailboxes. The package was in the other one I wasn't familiar with. I wish the company had at least reached out to me. But it refused to help me sort through the confusion.  

    Thanks for your help. I hope this does not effect the business in any way other than they should reach out to customers more promptly.

    Here is the email that said they had refunded my order, but I have not received the refund.

    They finally responded that they refunded the money and I needed to contact my bank.  I gave the credit card company this information and apparently the credit card company found the refund and applied it to my account.  So it appears that Puravive did refund the money according to their policy.   Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    I originally ordered 12 bottles of Puravive's health supplement pills to lose weight on Feb 3, 2024. I initially received emails from customer service asking about my motivation and reason why i purchased their product. I received different emails from the company's spokesperson about the positive effects of taking Puravive over a 3 to 6 month period with appropriate diet and exercise. After 10 days, on Feb 13, I made the decision to contact ********* through their paypal email address and informed them that I am cancelling my order with them due to lack of response from their company. They initially rejected my request. They eventually reconsidered my complaint and refunded me the amount I spent on their 12 bottles. On Feb 15, 2024, I received a credit through my **** of America Credit Card that Click**** refunded my money. I believed that this ended my transaction with them. On Feb 29, 2024, two weeks after I received my refund from Click****, they sent me the cancelled order of 12 bottles to my home address. I am very disturbed by this because I cancelled my order with them. I have no intention of opening this package. I am requesting for Click**** to send a return

    -- Purchased 6 bottles on 12/18/2023 -- February 12, 2024 I returned 4 full bottles and about 28 lose pills in a baggie. Tracking number was **********************.-- E-mailed the company on several occasions making them aware that nowhere on their website does it state that if you are wanting a full refund that all bottles (including the empty ones) have to be returned. They continued to ignore my statement that they were false advertising.-- February 28, 2024 received notification that they were only refunding $156.00 because the two empty bottles were not returned.

    I bought a 6 month supply of Puravive weight loss supplements for $234. The transaction was taken out of my bank account from a company called ************ on Jan. 21, 2024. The product stated having a 180 day money back guarantee. When I attempted to call customer service to request a refund the number was a bogus number. The email addresses provided were also not correct and my attempts were undeliverable through email. Please help me get my money back and expose this fraudulent company.
