    I purchased this product twice. Not because it worked well, I just didnt remember the name of the product. Well, I tried again and didnt lose one pound either time. I believe I purchased several bottles each time. I didnt try to get a refund because I read the many reviews that indicated the company just wouldnt cooperate. If they would lie about the effectiveness of the product to the degree they did; Im sure they would lie about a refund. This company is a scam a sad scam. Thats all I wanted to say.

    I have been trying for month many emails asking for full refund of this product as it DOES NOT WORK. The company has dragged this out and no said I am passed the refund time frame. I want my money back, I told them I can ship the rest of the bottles that have not even been opened back. they won't budge this company is a scam .

    I asked for a refund after taking Puravive for 3 months,as I didnt see any results, so basically they gave me the run around until it was to late to get a refund, I have all my bottles and original shipping package that they came in , as soon as I let them know this they said it was to late for a refund, which they clearly manipulated, I just want a refund !

    I order 3 bottles of puravive and 3 bottles of another product to help lower sugar levels. When the products didn't work for me I requested to send them back which I did pn Aug 20th they are saying they haven't received my bottles back yet so they won't refund my money. Which is $300. After 120 days they say I don't get refund. I feel that they are trying to hold the packages that 120 days so they don't have to refund my money. They've done it to other people and I think they're trying to do it to me. It's not fair and I want my money back all of it.

    This product doesn't work and I would like a refund. I attempted to return the product but it came back to me as sender not known.

    I ordered PURAVIVE health supplement with a 180 day return policy. Period ended May 10, 2024. On May 7,, I talked to a representative and said I wanted to return the product. He said, "No problem. You have plenty of time before your deadline." I assumed that that meant the return would be accepted as soon as tracking number was sent. The company refuses to give me a refund because they say the product had to be in their possession May 10. I contend that had I been properly advised, I would have DEFINITELY sent it overnight express and it would have arrived May 10. They contend that their return policy states it must be in their possession. I do not find definite wording there, so I disagree.I asked to be allowed to talk to someone who has the power to make decisions but I was never provided the opportunity. I just get a routine email.Again, had I been properly advised, I would have sent this overnight.If they refuse my refund, why don't they at least return my package. I consider this a theft.

    I ordered 6 bottles of a product called Puravive, which had a 100% guarantee to help you lose weight. The product did not help me lose weight and also made me ill with stomach issues, therefore I am wanting a refund in full, they offered me 25% which I refused. I sent the product back as per Customer Supports instructions, they are repeatedly wanting a tracking number, all I had was the *********** receipt showing that I send a package with destination to Puravive which I also sent to them.

    February 27-2024 Ordered a Puravive product and was promised a 100% refund if not satisfied and returned within 180 days Company dates the refund from ORDER date, not receipt date.     I ordered 6 bottles of Puravive for $249.80 with the written guarantee that there was a 180 day 100% money back guarantee - no questions asked. I received a confirmation email saying they would be shipped that day or the very next day. 23 days later, I received another email saying that the order had shipped (even though I had been charged 23 days earlier). I began taking one a day with a 8 ounce glass of water and the stomach cramps and severe diarrhea began immediately. I continued for 30 days with no weight loss, no increased energy, no benefits at all - just constant stomach cramps and diarrhea. I discontinued taking the supplement on day 30 and the cramping and diarrhea ceased immediately. I contacted PuraVive and asked for a refund. They said I had to send all the bottles back (at my expense) and then they would issue me a refund. If not, they would give me $58.50 back. Why would I keep the bottles? This was their offer: "Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your order. To process a full refund for an order, we must receive all the bottles back at our fulfillment center. However, to give you a chance to really experience the power of Puravive, Id like to offer you a 25% refund of the original cost of your bottles with no need to return the order - you get to keep the product!. This amounts to $58.50.However, please be informed! If it turns out you are still unsatisfied after a 25% refund has been processed, we would only be able to process a full refund upon receiving all bottles from your order. If we don't get all bottles from your order, we cannot process any refund. This offer is only available for 24 hours, so let me know!"Since I only had 24 hours and I had not kept all the bottles, I didn't have a choice but to accept their offer ($58.50 was better than $0). My complaint is that not only is their product completely fraudulent, their guarantee is a joke, too.
